History: He can barely remember his family, and is totally blind. Not even a faint shadow can be visible to him. He longs for someone to help him in his lifelong struggle, as it is terribly difficult to hunt.
As a cub, he accidentally wandered off on his own and got lost. His mother never even bothered to find him; he was "imperfect," and simply not good enough for her.
Then he found Matawi. Taking him in as his new "mother," she introduced him to her large, complicated family ("The Troupe"). They have grown very close in this new era of Kucha's life, and now share three cubs of their own.
Personality: Kucha is sometimes shy, but is usually willing to make friends. He always tries to have good manners, and always perseveres despite his disabilities. But when he is alone, which is often, he goes into himself and takes on a very reclusive, depressed attitude. Since he met Matawi, his life has brightened into optimism.
