Which, here, we call (ironically somewhat) "classes".

You can have everything from Elemental Powers
To Ability to Use Jutsu.

5.If your ability is, like, to control time, you must have a SEVERE drawback. Like, if you use it too much it'll open a rift in space and kill us all.
6.You may only have up to five characters. This may change, though it's not likely to.
7.You must ALWAYS respect the third years, unless you are one.
8.You can only be human or vampire.
9.NO GUNS.

Shishuri answered, "No!" She was combing her hair and putting on make-up, because "first impressions are the most important."

Namato laughed. "Me and Nimino'll meet you at the ceremony, 'kay? And remember, keep the hatred low profile."

Nimino giggled.

Tara was in her room looking at herself in the mirror. She thought her outfit looked pretty good so she decided to go somewhere. [ok one more question, where are we? like in a apartment or a dorm or what?]

((Dorms. We all gotta go to the auditorium for the ceremony, though. It's being conducted by the third years... AKA my characters.))

Shishuri, finally content, said, "Let's go!" They walked into the auditorium, which was now jam packed with people. Namato and Nimino were already there.

Ryukai stepped up to the microphone. "Hello, first year students. Welcome to Narcotics." His face shifted to bored and dangerous. "Listen. You stay out of our way, no one gets hurt. Okay? We say something, you do it." The teachers started to rise, and Ryukai promptly forced them back down with his wind. "Listen, third years have zero tolerance for idiocy. You do something we don't like, you're dead." He ran his tongue over his pointed teeth. "Especially me and my friends. We're vampiric." He hissed.

Tara made her way into the auditorium. it was absolutely jammed packed with people. some peopel she recognized from last year but it looked like most of these people were first years. bummer. Tara listened to the same speech as last year and chuckled.

Ryukai stepped down.

Shishuri stepped up. "Hi!" She said, joyfully. If they were hoping to get a nice speech, boy were they wrong. "Okay, now, Ryukai-kun told you 'bout how things work. But there's more. If any of you ******** first years even think about talking to me, you're getting a lot of pain. Get it? Got it? Good."

Tara rolled her eyes. same old same old. She had her ways of doing stuff behind the third years backs. Tara sighed and waited ofr the ceremony to end.
