I love Anne Rice. Very good books. Um. I can't really think of any other vampire novels I'd consider worth the read.
Well, except Dracula. Got to love your classics.

stressed
Bram Stoker wrote Dracula.
anyway, I've read all the vampire chronicles by Anne Rice and liked just about all of them. My favorite is probably The Vampire Armand and The Tale of the Body Thief. If you are going to get into them I suggest you start from Interview With The Vampire and progress on, I skipped around for a few years but eventually got to all of them, even New Tales of The Vampires. Vittorio was a very good book also, and the Taltos books (which arent vampire related but still good)
Other books I could suggest are the Cirque Du Freak books, ive only read one myself but a lot of people seem to enjoy them, especially the younger generation. Anyway, happy conquests.
