This is the food stand that most Academy ninja and Genin go to. It is located east of the main square, and has moderate prices. In the old days a Sanin known as "The Pervy Sage" cleaned the place out of Ramen, of course this was when the current owner's father ran the place.

Kasumi and Kaede got to the shop, and sat down at the bar. "One spicy Unagi Ramen please." Kasumi says to the chef. After making her order she looked at Kaede and smiled. Her smile looked that of a small child almost.

((*Unagi means octopus for those that are wondering))

Kaede shook her head and ordered something not as exotic for herself. "Spicy chicken Ramen please." She ordered leaning her elbow on the bar top and looking over at Kasumi. "You seem happy."

"Who isn't happy about Ramen?" Kasumi replies to Kaede. She sat in her seat and slightly jigged. Kasumi didn't seem very -happy-go-lucky- that often, in fact this is the first time Kaedes ever noticed Kasumi like this.

Kaede just chuckled and shook her head relaxing in her seat.

The food was brought to the two young women, and it was time to eat. "Ikitakimasu!!" Kasumi says loudly, then begins to eat like there is no tomorrow. Not very graceful to say the least about her current manners.

Kaede raised an eyebrow in surprise before turning to her own food and eating like a respectable person.

Kasumi slurped a few noodles, then turned to Kaede "What? Do I have something on my face?" She asked. The point was that she wasn't very graceful just now, and yes she did have something on her face.

Kaede rolled her eyes. "Of course you do you eat like a starving dog. Have some respect for the chef and the food." She commented.

"A...A starving dog?...Oh so I'm a animal now, because I was hungry?" Kasumi seems to have taken a small offense to your statement. She places the bowl she was eating down on the counter, then lightly claps her hands together. "Thank you for the food." She bows to the chef, then quietly walks out of the shop.

Kaede reached over and firmly grabbed the back of Kasumi's shirt. "Sit and finish." She practically commanded.

Kasumi shook Kaede's grip from her shirt. "I am finished." she says, then continues outside. The Chef had taken the bowl that Kasumi left, then stated, "She did finish the bowl...She always does." he sounded quite pleased as well.

Kaede finished hers as well and followed Kasumi out of the shop. "You shouldn't get so upset over a comment. Either change your ways or accept them and tell everyone to mind their own business." She told the younger girl.

Yoh came bolting toward the door, and leapt into the air. "Victory--Ah, crap...." Yoh was too far, and knocked Kasumi to the gorund in a tumble. "Uh...Hi!" That was all he could manage, having her pinned to the ground.

Kaede growled and picked the boy up by the back of his shirt and set his roughly on his feet. "We were talking here!" She growled at him as she offered a hand up to Kasumi.
