Yes. OoO I think by definition with the way you phrased it you can't coherently argue with that one: you said "we" and "'this' world" -- that kind of has to include the reader along with yourself in this case and it has to refer to the one (I'd also say the only one, but that I'll save for another time, it isn't necessary here) you (and thus the reader) are in, or else it would have to use the word "that" to refer to "another, not this one right here, one 'elsewhere.'"
There's other non-grammatical arguments, but I just thought it was kind of funny your question defeats itself and/or forces its own answer.

what kind of question is this? ofcourse we exist..if you didn't, you would be asking this question in the first place and i wouldn't be here to answer this...my motto: "if it eats it lives...if it poops it lives"..even if we were somewhere in a so called "matrix" [if you saw that movie] you would still exist since your asking this question...get it....good
