eek You have a way with describing tortures, my friend.
I know learning a new language can be difficult, but I believe you're right. Using chat speak isn't acceptable (or helpful, for that matter) to learn the language. Even if you don't know better, you can always ask someone if it's okay to do so.

Being a Taiwanesian is not a good excuse. The right excuse is "Sorry I am so bad I just don't feel like being good." Here's a translation: This was way too long, I didn't read it. You are a f*****t, go choke yourself.
Sorry for my english I'm from Taiwan.

Natsuri... You and I would be very good a torturing people.
-evil smile-
Nonetheless, that was bad. And no, it's not a reason to use chatspeak. That's just stupid.

Muuuuwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!! I freaking love you right now!!! Hahahahaha!!! *wipes eyes*
Anyhoo, that is still not an excuse. He or she will not succeed very well in this country if they continue with that type of communication. Then again, considering how common it is...*shudders*

As Einstein have said: "Great spirits always face violent opposition from mediocre minds."
The Delete key is the greatest thing that happened to humankind since White-Out and the rubber eraser. Sadly, not many people take this to heart, hence being riddled with errors that they take pride in.

That is horrorific. I know Asians that probably haven't been speaking English as long as that guy, and they can still speak proper English. Sometimes they forget articles, but I correct it. Choking on adjectives... He should choke on adjectives.

Though I am an Asian (but I'm a full-blood Vietnamese, and was born in the United States), I'll put that aside and just say that I agree with all of you that being Taiwanese is no excuse for learning chatspeak in order to learn English. I didn't even learn about chatspeak and stuff like that til I was in 7th grade, while almost everyone around me knew it already! Yet, for those of you, I do know proper English. (Although sometimes I make it sound abit medievalish, but that's quite normal, right?)
Oh, and the choking on an adjective bit is quite funny. rofl

Quote: sry 4 my anglish i from taiwan I don't care where you're from, when you try and learn a language, you should at least be able to spell the name of the language that you're learning. In fact, something in me highly doubts that all of these chatspeakers who claim that they're from other countries, really are from other countries. It's a sad excuse for a lack of common grammatical sense.

Obviously, I didn't mention that the "text-talk" post was from a review on Fanfiction.Net.
It's like these days that it's filled to the brim with culturally-devoid retards with the reasoning of a single-celled lifeform...wait a tic, that's an insult even to the plankton!

At first when I started to read it I thought it was some horribly butchered form of German.
Then I realised it was, in fact, English.
