Any tornament ideas?

We all know about the basic tournament. Have people face each other, see who wins and all that. We can always have unique tournaments, though. For example, fire–type tournament, level restrictions, and so on. Post your ideas here. Maybe they'll be used.

A baby tourney, a specific color tourney, a specific tier level tourney...
..and thats what I have currently.

Unown and Ditto tourney. Those are the only pokemon you can use, and you must have at least one of each on your teams.

Amazing, eh?

There's already like 2 tournaments going on. Pachulo's and Ravemaster's.

Unique tournaments always die out though. People just stop caring and what not. Also a lot of preparation time is needed.

Level restrictions in a tournament are pointless since everyone just battles with auto-level 100. (Why do people still not know about this feature -_-)

16-bit plumber's got the best so far.

as for a serious suggestion from negi... gender-specific battles. so say a team of females against a team of females, or males vs. males.

or maybe a specific species battle, so say lizards (char- mander, meleon, and izard) vs. bats (zubat, golbat, crobat)
