And I have no experience with making my own! Is there anywhere in the Chicago where I can get some cosplay stuff OTHER than Naruto?(I know L is pretty easy, but I won't even bother with it if I can do better) I know at F.Y.E. and Borders I saw a couple of Bleach Vice - Captain Badges, but where to for the outfit? I want to be a girl character, mainly..... But if I can, I'd love to be Uryu Ishida(no bow, because I can't make the damned thing), since out hair is the same length and I also wear glasses. Any suggestions?

Not Skinny Nor Fat(I'm more lean, but I don't want to wear any midriff - revealing tops or skirts - I don't wanna wear a skirt at all really, unless it's something Tifa - style or something)

A oval/heart shaped face
Around three inches below ears hair length - it's straight
I want to cosplay as someone I could get a weave with(the same color as my hair), leave it the way it is without getting it cut or dyed. I know I'm asking a lot but It's all I can do.
