Okay, so basically this fanfic is about a new girl coming into town which I have named Ace. She and Bella become acquantinces and such, but when she see's jacob..something happens...basically it's only partially done, the good part hasn't happened yet, and it's in two points of view, first bellas then edwards. No, it doesn't follow the story exactly, I got lazy and kinda combined a whole bunch of stuff together. my basic idea is that this girl is out to get Jake and bella is jealous while our dear beautiful edward is just ecstatic about it;. so please read and judge...so far..and remember..its a fanfic...its based on my writing and my wants and aspirations so not everything is perfect..please play along.. its like a 'what if' thing. thanks!
feedback?? please!

Bellas POV:
Biology has become exceedingly less painful now that Edward has transferred into it with me. No more hungry glares from him, and I feel more at ease with him everyday. Finally happy, finally complete.
“Alright everyone we have a new student with us today, I’d like you all to welcome her with open arms. She’s from New Jersey and her name is Rebecca.” The teacher then ushered in a tall pale girl with long reddish brown hair that covered her face almost completely. Her head was down and she looked terribly nervous. I clutched Edwards hand and felt an icy tingle escape down my neck.
“Edward, what’s she thinking?” He shook his head slightly and his smooth white lips parted gently.
“I can only get about one or two things from her, it’s all jumbled. Tell me, why are you so inquisitive?” He whispered, clutching my hand in his. His eyes looked strained for a second. I sighed and lowered my head to rest on my hand. My thoughts slowly slipped back to Jacob and the letter he sent me at the beginning of the month. He had just now started talking to me again but I feel so horrible because Edward can’t handle my friendship with him. Am I really so selfish? I jumped slightly when I felt Edwards cold fingers glide up the side of my purple polo. The new girl took her new seat near Jessica seat as Edward whispered softly in my ear, his lips touching softly.
“You remember your first day of school? You might want to make her feel welcome after class before Mike Newton is all over her.” He chuckled softly and nuzzled his nose to my cheek. His voice was like liquid velvet, soft and smooth the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. I felt the blood rush to my face and the heat spread all over my body, to look into Edward’s perfect brown eyes was like melting.
The bell rang about thirty minutes later. I picked up my bags and stood up looking around. The new girl, Rebecca, was still sitting at her desk gathering her belongings into an oversized purse. She wore a mid-length black skirt and a corset top. From her neck hung a large cross attached to a chocker. I caught a quick glimpse of her face as she looked up at the clock on the wall. Her eyes were large and green, her lips small and full like mine, her face round and smooth. Finally she stood up and from the back of the room I could see Mike trying to make his way over to her. He was nearing her desk as I stepped out gingerly in front of him and introduced myself.
“Hey my name is Bella, you're Rebecca right?” I exchanged a friendly glance with her but it was not returned.
“ Yeah, my old friends from Jersey would call me Ace, you can if you want.” She looked up at me and then across the room at Edward who was slumped against the door waiting for me, his auburn hair falling into his eyes. I noticed for the first time all day that his shirt was slightly unbuttoned at the top revealing his smooth sculpture-like skin. “So, is that your boyfriend or something?” Her eyes widened for a second.
“Yea, or something. Anyway, I was new here a while back and I was wondering if you would like to come over after school? I might could show you around.” I gave a warm smile and leaned my right hand against the edge of her desk blocking Mike Newton from her view. Her right eyebrow slanted upward at my request and a small smile came across her lips.
“Sure, I’ll find my way over, I think I saw you the other day when I was moving in, and thanks by the way. Your really the first person who's been nice to me, well I take that back that guy standing behind you has been glaring at me for about an hour." She motioned to Mike, he looked slightly angry picking up his books from the floor, he noticed me watching him and pasted a huge smile across his face.
"I have to be going though, see you.” She then stood up and gracefully pushed passed Mike who was walking up to us, the eager smile faded from his lips. His eyes narrowed and his jaw went slack.
“Wow, new girl isn’t all that excited to make friends.” He uttered, he sounded slightly hurt. “What’s her name again?”
“Ace, I think.” I began walking out of the classroom, leaving Mike standing at her desk. Edward abandoned his post by the door and slipped his arm around my shoulders escorting me outside into the light autumn rain. The clouds were dark today and the wind cool, the rain glistened off of Edward like a thousand tiny crystals.
A few hours later after I had prepared Charlie’s dinner and sat down to watch a little bit of tv with Edward, a knock came at the door.
“Must be her, I’m glad she likes to be, you know, early.” Edward giggled slightly, pulling me into a quick kiss that ignited the blood in my veins. I took a small breath in, stood up and walked toward the door. As I approached I saw out the window…a motorcycle parked next to the Volvo. “Oh no..” When opening the door I was greeted by the familiar view of a muscular tanned chest attached to a six foot five frame of my best friend, Jacob Black.
“Hi Bells. I wanted to come by and see how you were doing since the leech was back.” He leaned against the door panel, his long wet black hair falling into his chestnut colored eyes. He gave me a strange smile that wasn’t of my Jacob. I saw that his gaze was meeting Edwards, who was at my side immediately, snarling.
“Hello Jacob, please don’t let the door hit you…or do, I really don’t care.” Edward sniffed the air and softly wrapped his arm around my waist, “I detest the smell of wet dog.”
“Please stop Edward. Jacob you better leave I’ll come by and see you some other time.” I fought the urge to hug him, to feel his familiar warm embrace. Jacobs eyes conveyed a deep hurt that I knew now, all too well. He said nothing, I watched him slowly turn around and walk towards the driveway. His familiar black cut off jeans were soaking wet and his head hung low as he turned back for a second and looked at me, giving me the smile of the Jacob I remember. My Jacob. I felt tears well in my eyes, and Edwards gaze cast upon me. He pulled me inside gently. The door slammed shut, as it had done so many times before.

Edwards POV:
“So godless and thoughtless, how could I have let her feel this pain.” My head was filled with hurt, pain and anger whilst my heart, if I have one, was filled with her. Her eyes, her lips her touch…I sent her off to her room reassuring her that she could go see Jacob later. Softly descending the staircase I pulled the lilac colored curtains open. The dog was still standing in the driveway, slowly making his way towards the road with the motorcycle, not driving but pushing it along and picking up mud on his way. I detest him, I detest his kind but I know deep down that on some levels he makes Bella happy.
I can feel the rain softly pouring onto my cold white flesh; dripping off and creating puddles of rainbow. Out of the distance I hear a small voice, a female.
“Who is he? What is his name?” All the rest was jumbled. At first I think it is someone standing next to me, normally I can tell the difference between someone speaking and a voice I hear in someone’s mind. This time was more unclear. I quickly wipe the loose strands of hair out of my face, and looking back down the road I see what appears to be a shadow of a girl with a large red umbrella. “Ace” I whisper. My senses become keener, I c**k my head to the side and attempt to listen more closely.
The dog has stopped walking and if I didn’t know better I would think that he heard her as well. He looked around slowly then turning himself and the bike around, sees her. She stops suddenly; her well defined mouth falling open, eyes widening and it’s as if I can hear her breath in. Jacob’s eyes seem stressed and I see something happen to him that seems more likely to happen to Bella. He appears to go pale then flush rapidly, looking down at his beaten up motorcycle, jumps on it and with a loud screech of the tires and many puffs of smoke, rides off into the misty rain. Ace stands as if she’s seen a ghost, her umbrella on the ground now. She quickly turns in the opposite direction and takes off running, it is most bizarre. Her black jacket sways behind her, the hood she was wearing slips from her head revealing long wavy locks of golden red and brown.
These sinister thoughts are all I have sometimes, as long as I’ve been alive I’ve never cared more for a living creature like I care for my Bella. To keep her safe is what must be done, to keep her away from the dog would be even better. I look up toward her window on the second floor, then enter the quiet house, run up the stairs like lightening, and peek in before she sees me. She is laying on the bed and appears to be sleeping, her arm thrown recklessly above her head and her feet hanging off of the mattress slightly. “Good” I think to myself as I descend the staircase with cat-like grace. I gently open the front door, it squeaks slightly. Down the street I go, after Ace. She hasn’t gotten far and when I catch up to her she’s out of breath. She holds her hands to her knees and her head down, her hair falling into her face.
I try again to read her mind and catch only a few words, she must be troubled greatly. She senses my presence and stands up very straight and slow, as if perceiving a threat. She turns her head slight and whispers “Who’s there..”
“Edward, from school…Bella’s boyfriend.” I say as calm as possible as not to frighten her away.
“How did you get here so quickly? And what are you doing following me?” She is still somewhat out of breath from running, her face flushed.
“I saw you run from the house so I followed you, are you alright?” I approach her diligently, she turns to face me. She is at least a foot below me her big almond shaped eyes staring into mine, sensing me.
“Where’s Bella? I was going to come over but I had to run... you see.” She laughs slightly, turning away she begins to walk then looks back for me to follow her. I follow, not too fast as to frighten her.
“Bella isn’t feeling well, her old flame came by, I think you saw him.” Her eyebrows narrow and her hand grazes mine, I wonder if she can feel the iciness of it.
“Poor Bella, she seems like a nice girl. That’s her old boyfriend? He seems… interesting.” She stutters slightly and I feel the heat rise from her, blushing again. A thought strikes me, perhaps there was a moment between her and the dog. That would certainly get him away from Bella. I decided to push the idea of her meeting him.
“Yes, well I saw the reaction you two had towards each other it was quite odd, why don’t you stop by the reservation sometime and see if you spot him?” I nudged her arm, as a friend would. She then slowed her walk and turned to face me.
“Ha Ha you must be joking. I don’t even know him. What am I going to do, go up there and be like… ‘Hey is Bella’s old boyfriend around? I want to talk to him cause I think he looks killer!’” Her sarcasm is deafening. I shake my head and smile. I notice the clouds parting softly, I have to leave soon so she doesn’t get suspicious. I turn around on my heal and she stops quickly, looking bewildered.
“Well, I have to run but it was nice talking to you. I suggest you talk to me about this more some other time, I’ll find you. Please don’t mention our conversation to Bella.” She looks around then nods.
“I’ll see you at school tomorrow.” Her hair blows into her face and she turns around slowly to begin the short walk back to her home. I hear her boots click against the street as she goes.
