Headset like feeling with SSBB (Skype)

As many of you must feel dissapointment at the lack of a headset for games like Brawl and MKWIii, I have found an alternative.
If you just download Skype, a totally free app that lets you voice chat on your computer, you can mirror the effects of a headset. I do this with my friends alot, and I can assure you that it does not suffer from lag. Let's put it this way, if your Brawl matches don't lag without Skype, chances are they won't lag with it. Anyways, I guess you can post your Skype names here.

Umm, do you perhaps have a laptop? That's what I use and there is no lag.

Not sure what it is, but our wireless router sucks or something. ._. I get perfectly fine signal, just that the internet can randomly become horridly slow. And when that happens, Skype disconnects on me on wireless... @_@ Not sure what I can do to remedy this issue... It doesn't seem like it's my laptop either.. The wireless works fine and fast on other wireless connections, so I'm assuming it's my router... D= ... And only the wireless signals or something, since when I use wired internet through the same router, it's perfectly fast. ._.;;;

skype could be useful for mario kart too... i wonder if they make a wireless headset... something i would invest in or sure.

oh and real gamers use vent! XD seeing as thats what me, trenn, wayne, leon, and fish use most of the time.

I wonder why....does that Ventrillo cost anything or is it free?

Using it is free... but I think you might've needed someone to host a server for people to talk in. Not sure about the details about that since I've never hosted a server before. As far as Skype goes, you don't have to host a server, and simply "make a call" with someone to talk to them.

... Honestly, I don't know the full details of either really. I just use them because my friends told me to get them. XD
