No one liners! I consider four sentences to be the minimum of a post. If I catch you going under this minimum, I’ll give you two warnings.
Some errors are okay, but I don’t want to see posts riddled with them. There are spell checkers out there, please use them. =D
No godmoding, powerplay, mary sues/gary stu’s!
Keep every thing to a pg-13 level. If you feel the need to take your.. romance.. further please do so in pm’s.
Let us all get along and no starting stupid fights over pointless things. This is the internet for heavens sakes, if anyone wants to bicker than just keep it between the two of you and don't involve anyone else. Enough said.
Do not use any kind of symbols at any time during character to roleplay with. You may out of character though =].
Keep OOC in the OOC thread.
This a yaoi/yuri friendly thread.
Like the manga/anime, the rat and the cat cannot get along.

† S T O R Y †

It's a new generation of Sohma's and every thing still seems the same. The God is still cruel and merciless, the cat and rat still despise each other, and there's a new Tohru figure stuck in the middle of the mess. Can these new batch of Sohma's stay close and find friends within the family? Or will they fall apart with the God stringing them along? Only time can tell.

† S E T T I N G †

Spring has just begun, the flowers have bloomed, and l o v e is in the air. Or is it? The Sohma's are just beginning their first break from their school year and enjoying every minute of it. Well, somewhat. The cat and the rat are still at each others throats and anxiety is in the air for the simple fact that the God has decided to join the school.

The Jade Emperor/God

Username: misha soupness
Character Name: Takami Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Jade Emperor/God
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Height: 6’
Apperance: [x]
Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: N/A
Living Arrangements: Main House
Bio: Takami is very much like Akito minus a few differences. He doesn’t get sick often and thus has a bit more energy than the previous God. Recently, he enrolled to join the school the rat and the cat go to, and things are bound to heat-up. He's a possessive person and when things are taken away from him, he can be compared to a child throwing a temper tantrum. This is only because he likes things to stay the same and not be changed. The thought of his zodiac loving someone more than him infuriates him. The God is fairly use to getting what he wants and fast. He could be described as a selfish, spoiled, brat. Takami likes to be in control and if he's being controlled by someone else, he'll get more than angry.

Because of his sickness and curse, people don't expect him to live for much longer. He probably won't live past the age of 30.

Takami is very hurtful towards the Sohma children, especially when they fall in love. If he finds out things are happening behind his back, he becomes angry and usually takes out his anger on the person directly. No one dares to defy him though because he is "God".

Takami especially loves tormenting the 'cat'. Calling him a "*****" isn't too far from the truth and he takes out his frustration on the cat (and sometimes the other Sohma children) in a way they'll never forget. He's not stopped though because the others fear him, even if the others become emotionally scarred from the awful experiences. Takami has more than one way to torture the Sohma children and is not past using those methods to get them to obey him.

As odd as it seems, Takami also has multiple personality disorder. He could be a happy, child-like Sohma one minute (which he then likes to call himself 'Taki') or a terrifying, controlling person the next. This happens to be the personality that controls him the most. The one named 'Takami'. (Think of it as when HatsuHaru goes 'Black' and 'White'....it's kind of like that.)

His parents are probably to blame for his upbringing. His father was a controlling person and often told Takami it was important that he controlled the zodiac because he was God. His mother often told him not to play with the zodiac children because his job was simply to watch over them and discipline when they disobeyed. They gave him all he wanted and more.

Before he was introduced to Jun, his parents often told him how the God and rat were naturally closer to each other compared to the other zodiac. They also warned him about the cat and how the cat wanted to take everything away from him. Takami naturally took a liking to Jun and naturally showed hatred towards the cat because of his upbringings.

At the age of 7, Takami’s mother died from pregnancy complications. Rumors were that Takami wished to remain the only child and pushed his mother down the stairs. Other rumors were that he spiked her drink with a mixture of cleaning chemicals. Since then, it was only his father and maids raising him. The maids did as they were told for fear of something happening to them.

Takami’s father rarely spent time with his son; he was always away on business trips. Three years later, his father died from a plane crash. Everyone thought it was eerie that Takami didn’t shed a tear at neither of his parent’s funeral. It had made them all wonder if he simply planned the whole thing so the whole estate could belong to him.

Extra: Takami secretly thinks the cat as a threat of losing all his zodiac. In the past, the cat was the secret to breaking the curse. He fears the idea of all his zodiac leaving him once the bond is broken and thus thinks it is important that the cat remember its’ place. If verbal or physical means don’t work on getting his zodiac to obey him, Takami always has other methods.

The Rat

Username: Kisitiene
Character Name: Jun Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Rat
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Height: 6' 3"
Apperance: Jun

Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: None yet.
Living Arrangements: Lives in the main house with the God.
Bio: Jun was born in a slightly abusive family. But not in the way many people would think. Because he was the rat, his family thought he would be the closest to the God. After all, it was the rat who first entered the banquet hall, he must be the most important! So his parents used his curse of the rat to try and cozy up to the God. They figured that if they were close to him, they could abuse his authority a little. They would be able to do this and that and nothing would matter! No one could do anything to them. Because if they did, they would have the power of God behind them.
It probably might have worked, too... Or maybe not... But they would have gone through with it if Jun wasn't the kind of child he was. Jun was, and still is, very argumentative. He hates to be told what to do and doesn't like to follow crowds. He likes to do things his way and prefers to work alone. He finds that when he works alone he can get more things done and do them in a lot better quality.
Finally a few bad things happened, all his fault of course, and his parents sent him away. They were through with dealing with his unemotional childish angst and sent him to live with the God. His life wasn't so bad there...except for that damn cat!
Extra: He almost always has a tie on.
He hates cheese.

The Cat

Username: Shia47
Character Name: Fumiko Sohma
Zodiac Sign: (Black) Cat
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Height: 5'4''
Apperance: [x]
Orientation: straight (girls are too complicated)
Crush: none yet.
Living Arrangements: Forced to live in the main house, despite trying to run away often.
Bio: Her mother was terrified. Her father was speechless. Had they done something wrong? Was their some evil sin that they had committed that was so horrible, they were cursed to bring this awful creature into existence? Needles to say, Fumiko was not accepted into her family all too well. Her parents, although happy that they had suddenly gained status in the family, wanted nothing to do with this...creature. When asked if they could bring her to the main estate for Takami, they were happy to leave her.

It was since then that Fumiko has lived a life of torment. Often Takami would force the maids to keep her prisoner in her rooms for days, only letting her out if he wanted 'to play'. The cat lived a very sheltered life, not seeing much outside the estate other than school. Her teachers would always wonder why she wouldn't show up for days, and often come back with several severe injuries, yet never spoke a word about it. The Sohma family was a curious one indeed, and many didn't want to deal with them if they didn't want to.

The injuries and absences were from Takami. Takami often took anything and everything out on her when having a tantrum, and often Fumiko would be hospitalized for days afterwards. The cat has many physical and mental scars, and has created complexes about her body. She believes herself to be 'unpure' and has grown her hair for cover when need be.

Though it would seem such a past would break one's spirit, Fumiko has a fiery soul and will get through anything, if even through sheer will power. She likes to appear tough to make up her lackings, and is quite proud of her athletic abilities. She's also extremely competitive, mostly around Jun, and is not afraid to act bluntly.

Since the last year of middle school, Fumiko has gone through a rebellious stage. She often escapes out her window at night and leaves Sohma property for nothing more but the sake of leaving, or even to get into a fight when her anger is built up. She has been caught on more than one occasion, and punished severely each time. Still, the feline is tired of merely existing, and is trying to make something of herself. Even if it means taking a few beatings on the way.

Because of her sheltered life, Fumiko lacks friend-making skills and is not good with modern technology. Although she can interact with classmates, she usually keeps to herself, putting her concentration on schoolwork that keeps her distracted from thoughts of what might happen when she returns home...

Extra: Though she would be the last to admit it, Fumiko is simply looking for someone to help her through the rough times. She could probably never think herself worthy enough for a 'romantic partner' because of her past with Takami, and has even developed a fear of other's touch. Despite all that, Fumiko would die for someone she could lay her head in his/her lap and cry herself to sleep.

Fumiko has also made friends with a stray cat that she often sees on her walk to school, whom she decided to name Kyon after the stories she heard of a previous cursed cat.

The Dog

Username: Tohya-chan
Character Name: Aya Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Dog
Age: 21
Sex: Female
Height: 5'6
Appearance: [x]
Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: None, as of yet.
Living Arrangements: In a small sector of the Sohma estate, with her younger sister sometimes.

Bio: As it turns out with several of the Zodiac, Aya was seen as unusual and disgusting by her parents. Her parents tried very hard to accept their daughter's abnormality, treating her with delicacy and refusing to touch her. But her father noticed how miserable her mother was with Aya's presence, and he eventually opted to abandon her at the main house of the Sohma estate. There, she was past on to different relatives who lived there. Now that she was out of their hair, her parents moved on and later had another child, a normal daughter.

When she first moved to the Main House, she was only about four years old. From that point on, she promised that she would not forgive her parents for their cruel abandonment. She became very sympathetic of the other cursed children living there, who had also been disowned by their parents. Despite all this, Aya was a happy to have lived in the main house, and truly cares for the other cursed Sohma children. Though, she was a bit frightened by Takami and his meanness towards the other kids, even though he is a few years younger. If she wasn't busy protecting the other Zodiac, she would be in her room, drawing or flipping through fashion magazines.

Aya's mother died a year after the birth of her second daughter, leaving her father alone with the infant girl. Completely depressed now with the loss of his beloved wife, he took up hard drinking, barely able to take care of the young child. Aya, who was only in her late teens at the time, decided that she would take care of her baby sister, seeing that her father was completely unstable. Fearing legal matters, he reluctantly agreed to the compromise, under Aya's strict conditions of staying out of both of their lives. But because she was is too young to take care of an infant on her own, her little sister lived with their aunt and uncle, that live in town.

Aya works as a fashion consultant, and is currently working on her own line of clothing. She currently lives in the Sohma estate, along with her six year old sister, Saeko [x], who visits very often. Saeko completely accepts and is not frightened by her older sister's Zodiac form, and promised to keep it a secret. She is completely content having a dog around the house.

Extra: Aya is, strangely enough, practically the female version of Shigure. She is a bit suggestive, and on the flirty side...with a slight interest in younger men and sometimes women (but not too much younger.) She typically doesn't date people her own age. Yet, she is very loyal to her loved ones, and is a great older sister. Aya is a slight gossip, and very eccentric, liking to playfully tease others.

The Dragon

Username: Lady_of_laputa
Character Name: Kohaku Sohma, 'Haku'
Zodiac Sign: DRAGON (In Japanese Mythology, can be translated to 'sea horse' and thus, she turns into a purple seahorse)
Age: 20
Sex: Female
Height: 5'11
Appearance: [ X ] Kohaku Sohma.
Orientation: Straight
Crush: Although she would never admit it to anybody, nor let it show around Takami, Rei's intense and towering presence holds a particular brand of fascination for the dragon girl.

Living Arrangements: A beautiful, yet modest residence of her own on the estate. Very close to the main house, for accessibility. The most endearing part of her home is the flourishing and well-kept gardens, where the younger Sohmas often come to play.

Bio: Kohaku's situation was unique. Generally, people believe that upon finding out a child has the Sohma curse, parents will either shun the child, or become overprotective and shower affection upon it. Neither were the case for the young Dragon.
Her mother and father never looked upon her as a 'special' child, and if anything, the curse increased their expectations with regards to her schooling, future career, and standing in the family. It seemed as though she was destined to inherit the ambitious, competative nature...with or
without a Zodiac curse to blame. The high standards she sets for herself can often become an obstacle in daily life, and always had been, because the honest and cruel truth is nobody is 'god' but Takami.
As soon as she hit highschool, Kohaku knew that the passionate energy towards all things around her was something she could not ignore, and thus left Japan to study literature and history in several countries, including England, China, Germany, and France. Her mind was never too filled, and she learned many languages, as well as
studied the different ways of life various cultures participated in. This journey of 'self-discovery' was frowned upon, due to the uncertainty of the girl's transformations, but she distanced herself from relationships, in order to avoid trouble for the family. Although the girl never speaks unless it is necessary, anybody who knows anything about the Sohmas knows that
the wise Dragon is by far one of the most eccentric members, powerful in mind and spirit.

Although one might mistake her ambitious energy as egocentrism at times, there is no better friend to have. Both her biggest weakness and strength lie in the fact that the girl is soft-hearted, and this gives others an undeniable advantage. This sensitive compassion combined with the bravery years of being alone and facing her parents' expectations of her, makes Haku ideal secret-keeper, and friend. She is one of the few who are unafraid to stand against Takami's word, should she see error or flaw in it. There have been several times when
she was close to being hurt by him, but was able to weave her way out of it with a web of calming and flattering words. His controlling nature doesn't daunt her, and this makes her foolishly stubborn, but courageous, all the same.

Nobody quite knows what she does, besides study and read, but she is often seen helping out in the main house, and will spend nights there, locked away in a room. Her extensive schooling, and knowledge of languages, as well as powerful and charitable disposition come in handy when Takami needs help solving family issues. Kohaku is very reasonable, and has been known to be sent specifically to break up fights between other members of the family, taking them aside and using charismatic charm to make them see sense.

Her feelings towards others are always calm and rational, and this makes it difficult for her to spark any 'special' relationship with another. She treats them as more of a problem to be solved with logic, rather than emotional attachments, and the other members of the Zodiac find her high expectations too exhausting.

Extra: Her travels instilled in her a preference for Western Cuisine, and her eccentricity shines through her homemade clothing. She is not bad at sewing, because she'd never allow herself to be bad at anything, but the fabrics and types of garments she chooses suit a peculiar taste. She can be seen walking around in anything from Ornate Brocade Kimonos, to pinstripe suits.
One of her vices is Strawberries. She has a small garden out back where she grows an assortment of foods, including a whole patch of them, and makes ice cream from them for Emi. She also loves to play with the younger members, letting her guard down for a more childish feeling, the expectation-free childhood she never had.
She grudges the rat for being favorited, but never shows it. Her personal journal is where she keeps all the emotions she finds inappropriate or unsuitable, and it has gone missing several times, scaring her into hiding her deepest thoughts in loose leafs of paper, tucked in various volumes of books. She is a little sensitive about her form, mainly because EVERYBODY laughs, but has learned to appreciate the silliness of it.

The Snake

Username: Isnook2
Character Name: Rei Sohma, 'Rashiel'
Zodiac Sign: White Serpent
Age: 23
Sex: Male
Height: 6'7"
Appearance: Rashiel
Orientation: Bi, leaning to males
Crush: - Protective of Takami
Living Arrangements: His own house in the main estate. Its pretty grand, like a mini-mansion, mostly because the rooms hold medical supplies and libraries; and also because the snake really likes fine living.
Bio: In Rei's mind, his parents don't exist, or so he tells himself. His mother died in childbirth, his father stayed around for a while but then took off to Russia when he became wanted by the Yakuza. He used to be a quiet child, doing well in his studies and occasionally helping the servants with some of their chores, simply because he needed the human contact. When Takami was born he went to visit constantly, sometimes creeping in as a snake to avoid meeting his parents. The truth was, the sight of the god as a baby kind of frightened him, and to think the Jade Emperor would be dying earlier than he! He was disturbed by it and made it a point to watch over Takami during his free time, especially if the child was playing or wandering around in the gardens.

He studied to become a doctor, hoping to be able to let Takami live his life with as little illness as possible. Skipping a few grades, he went away to Russia to enter medical school (because its not really possible to skip grades in Japan) and see if he could track down his father. Things became a sordid mess and he had to flee back to Japan, without a license. He ended up jobbing for the Yakuza instead, his skills improving until the crime lords really -paid- for the gurantee of life under his scalpel. As an unlicensed surgeon he tends to work at night, occasionally being driven away by black cars only to return in the late morning looking exhausted. He refused to help the family doctor because he enjoys cutting, and its hard not to admit that he's a genius at it.

He had been avoiding internal medicine as much as possible until Takami announced that he was going to school. Fearing the worst, Rei decides to job as the school doctor as well, a negotiation that was easily arranged with the vice-principal and with some altered documentation. If anyone decides to cross his way, well, the ability to erase and reconstruct memories comes in handy, which has helped him survive in the Yakuza world countless times.

He prefers to portray the image of the sullen silent pillar in front of strangers and clients. It is only with family members that are closer to his age that he shows his true self, an elegant creature, prideful, articulate and purposeful.
Extra: He has a whole collection of colorful bettas and he breeds them. He used to have a mouse when he was young, but he ate it. The next pet had been a baby quail, it lasted two weeks before disappearing as well. Since then he's had orders not to go too near to Jun the rat. He has a slight addiction to tea and wine, both of which have competitive effects of course. He hates swimming, because if the water is too cold he's bound to turn into a snake. Sometimes he takes delight in the simple childish pleasures of life, as if to make up for the childhood he lacked.

The Boar

Username: MC Starry Nights
Character Name: Chou Sohma
Zodiac Sign:Boar/pig
Age: 14
Sex: Female
Height: 5'0
Apperance: [ X ]
Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: None, doesn't make friends easily.
Living Arrangements: Moves from house to house on the main estate, imposing on the other Zodiac members for shelter away from home.
Her actual house is on the Main Sohma estate, but she only goes back if Takami forces her to.

Bio: Don't be fooled by the sweet face. Chou Sohma is nowhere as nice or graceful as she appears to be at first glance.
As so many have before, her parents, while glancing upon the tiny pig-like animal, swore to never let anything hurt or damage their precious child. Unlike the others who were coddled and spoiled, though, Chou went in the opposite direction.
Furious, rebellious, and ungrateful for the love her parents showered upon the child daily. Even as a tiny little girl, she resented them, and blamed the awful curse on their past behaviour. It's all their fault, she'd scream at Takami year after year, trying to explain why she'd never go back.
Since she was just about Emi's age, she travelled from house to house, begging the other members of the Zodiac and their parents to let her stay with them, anywhere but there! Some would agree, but after months of dealing with the girl's blatant disregard for authority and destructive habits, they'd go to Takami
and beg him to make her see sense. Chou would cycle every couple of years, forced to live in the main house as punishment inbetween long visits with her 'relatives'.

Puberty only added to the psychological and emotional mess! As she neared 12, her tiny body began to develop, and out of spite for all the manners and good her parents had attempted to instill in her, the child began to dress inappropriately, smoke, and leave school on a regular basis...only to be found, shivering and cold, transformed
and huddled in corners of neighboring yards, parks, and buildings. She has no friends, and all the older Sohmas are angered easily, having to act as 'stand-in' mothers and fathers for the tough girl. Even the younger members don't often say much to her, so her days are spent solitary and alone, indulging in whatever chaos Chou sees fit.
Despite all this bad, there is good, if one will only look past the sharp edges. Just because she is lacking in friends, doesn't make her any less loyal when she has found one. She devotes herself to those she loves, and only they are allowed to interact with the 'softer' side of her. Her honesty is unfailing, and she can always be counted on to
speak her mind, no matter how much trouble it will get her into. She causes problems, but impulsively and quickly moves to help others solve their own, should they chose to confide in her. Imtimidating on the outside, the Boar has her gentle 'moments' and honestly just wants the other members to feel for her-they're all in the same situation, after all, and how could they
NOT be angry?

When the girl feels emotions, she does nothing to hide them. She is very impulsive and although she despises to attend school, actually adores learning. It just takes some effort to move past the years of anger she's put into making herself stand out among the other members. At school, many of the 'normal' kids admire her outwardly ridiculous defiance, and although she would never know it,
admire her for her 'courage' to be different. She stands up for herself, and when she decides to do something, puts all of her strength into it.

Extra: The only person she's spent the most time co-existing with is the cat, because they both call themselves 'outsiders'.
The sheep and her have very similar behavior at times, but they don't dare interact. Her favorite food is mangos, however rare they are, and
she hates being called a pig, or being laughed at. She likes to read gossip magazines, to stay in tune with what's going on outside the Sohma world, and honestly gets along better with 'normal' humans than her own family. Is a big, secret fangirl of Japan's 'Idols'.
Her body is tiny and frail, and she gets sick quite often, from wearing herself out with an overload of stress and emotion.
She's actually only broke ONE screen door, but is clumsy and often bumps into tables, costing the family china dishes and other material damage.
Although she's young, her favorite form of 'rebellious' action is to make definite sexual advances on members of the family she knows will be made uncomfortable by it, and laughing.
When she was 7, she had a best boy friend who actually knew the secret, but he moved away and she never told anybody.

The Rabbit

Username: Dreeka
Character Name: Emi Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Rabbit
Age: Five
Sex: Female
Height: 3'3"
Apperance: [x]
Orientation: N/A
Crush: N/A
Living Arrangements: With her parents on the Sohma estate.
Bio: After her parents discovered their precious daughter to carry the Sohma curse, they decided to have no more children in order to focus their attention on their little Emi. She's been sheltered her whole life and is currently being home schooled as it is being debated if she shall ever attend public school. Like the typical rabbit, Emi is very affectionate towards the ones she cares about but becomes a bit shy when it comes to meeting someone new. And like most five year olds, she is very playful, hyper, and sweet. She spends a lot of her time up at the main house, loving to be around the other members of the curse so she does not feel so alone.
Extra: She loves to play dress up, often trying to guilt the other Sohma's to do the same. She is currently going through the afraid of the dark stage and really despises eating vegetables, especially broccoli.

The Ox

Username: Antebellum Overtime
Character name: Katsuo Sohma
Zodiac Sign: [ Ox ]
Age: 19
Sex: Male
Orientation: Bisexual
Height: 5’8”

Appearance: [x]

Crush: None, at the moment.

Living arrangements: Has recently moved into the Main House. Has only been living there for about six months, and still has yet to unpack half of his belongings, which sit still in cardboard boxes inside his room. His mother, protective as she is, only allowed him to move out of their own home recently—even only to go as far as the Main House, the most protected and populated building in the entire Sohma Estate. Katsuo doesn’t think he likes the Main House much, but it has to be better than his previous residence.

Bio: Born to ‘Outside’ Sohmas, Katsuo’s parents had no idea about the curse before they gave birth to him. However, when their newborn son turned into a soft black and white calf in his mother’s arms, there was, of course, no choice but to tell them about the Zodiac Curse, and induct them into the oftentimes twisted politics of the Inside.

Much like a few other members of the Zodiac, Katsuo’s family become over-protective of their child. With him, it was to the point of extremity. His mother, in particular, was constantly watching him, monitoring him more carefully than even a member of the Zodiac should warrant. When he was of the right age to start school, his mother deemed him ‘not ready,’ and therefore kept him home another year, under her all too severe eye. She had to be persuaded by Katsuo’s father to even let him go to school the year after. As such, Katsuo has always been a year older than other children in his class. He currently attends the same school as the Rat, the Cat, and God, and is in the same class as Jun, the Rat.

Katsuo has always felt smothered, throughout his life, because of the chokehold his family—again, particularly his mother—keeps on him. He was brought up as his mother wished, he got good grades as his mother wished, he joined the clubs his mother wished and did the things his mother wished. He felt as though he had no will of his own—he was constantly being controlled. Only recently has he been able to convince his mother to allow him to move out of their home, and into the Main House. He tried to persuade her to allow him a home of his own (even within the Sohma Estate), but she would not have it. It was the Main House, or he would remain with them.

Needless to say, Katsuo moved into the Main House a little less than a week later.

Though most would find living at the Main House oppressive, Katsuo feels much more free there than living with his immediate family. Of course, the Main House’s environment isn’t what he wanted by any means, but he prefers it to his old home. His newly achieved independence (well, as independent as one could be and still live in the Main House, the realm of the Jade Emperor) has led him to expanding his life beyond the borders of what his mother previously allowed him. He has begun to dress as he wants to, do the things he wants to, and even get into a little trouble now and then.

Being the Ox of the Zodiac, Katsuo is a very reliable person. He doesn’t tell secrets once they are told to him, and he rarely tells lies. However, his honesty is a double-edged sword, as honesty also leads to complete bluntness. He would be the one to go to if you wanted a straightforward and truly sincere answer to a question or opinion about something, without the complimentary sugar-coating many people give.

It would be a lie in itself, however, to say that he never uses his reputation for being honest in his favor. On the occasions when he does lie, he almost always gets away with it, because people usually don’t expect anything but the bare truth from him.

He is generally clam and patient, but in addition, Katsuo is also quite stubborn and opinionated, and he won’t fail to defend himself against others if they challenge him—though he has a more passive-aggressive style when he wants to get his point across than an outright violent one. However, if push comes to shove, Katsuo won’t hesitate to become outright angry, and though times this absolute rage surfaces are few and far between, when he is in one of these moods, he is a force to be reckoned with.

Extra:
- One of the few choices his mother ever allowed him was about the style of his hair. When he was younger, he made the decision to keep it long, and has stuck by his selection throughout his life.
- The ox he becomes when he transforms is long-haired, as well.
- He actually bears no resentment towards Jun for being the Rat—the ‘favorite’ of God, who literally rode on the back of the Ox to get to his position. The reason for this is simple: Katsuo doesn’t want to be the favorite. Better Jun than him, in his opinion.

The Tiger

Username: Dreeka
Character Name: Touya Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Tiger
Age: 15
Sex: Male
Height: 5'4"
Apperance: [x]
Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: None
Living Arrangements: With his grandfather on the Sohma estate.
Bio: It could be either his tiger personality or him getting into his rebellion stage as a teenager, but Touya is the reckless and restless type. He is often doing things without thinking it through, not really caring about the consequences. He has a quick temper and is not afraid to speak what is on his mind, being often sarcastic. The boy also likes to make himself the center of attention at times. Touya does have a softer side to him though, which he often tries to hide from everyone, as he can be extremely loyal to those that actually are close to him.

He currently lives with his grandfather since his behavior was getting too much for his parents to handle and thought the senior could teach Touya some discipline before his bad habits carried on to his younger siblings. Touya has one brother and one sister, ten and seven respectfully, and so the over protective brother is in his nature.

Besides having to attend public school, which Touya was sent in an attempt to get more socialize, he has to deal with his grandfather's long list of everyday chores. But when he does manages to get some free time, he spends time with his music, finding the guitar to be the perfect way to express himself and relieve the stress.
Extra: With the recent hormones kicking in, Touya has become quite flirtatious and is literally a tiger on the prowl, even though no one special has caught his eye yet.

The Horse

Username: playing naked
Character Name: Kyoko Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Horse
Age: 17
Sex: Female
Height: 5'9
Apperance: [Kyoko]
Kyoko is tall and lean and also has a somewhat curvy figure. She has cut her once long hair, and it's now crop short. She looks like a boy now and even wheres guys clothing. She has light brown eyes, though recently, she's been hiding her right eye with her hair. She now has a scar horizontally that starts a little below her eye, to the top of her eyebrow. Her skin is slightly tanned. Her legs are long and lean. She also has a few scars on her back, and one across her chest, though no one can see them. Kyoko usually wears a cross around her neck and has her hair up in a bun most of the time. She has about 22 piercings. Three on her left eyebrow, two on her right. Six in her right ear, and seven in her left. She has snake bites, and a Marylin Monroe on her left lip, and last her belly button is pierced.
Orientation: Bi
Crush: N/A
Living Arrangements: She lives in the Main estate "inside" Since she has no immediate family.
Bio: Kyoko was born on an American base, so therefore she's an American citizen. Not really. Her father was an American Yankee while her mother was a Japanese princess. More or less. Her mother died while giving birth to her, thus leaving Kyoko in the hands of an American Japanese man. Her mother told him of the curse before she died, but her father loved her even though she turned into a horse. She lived a joyous life with her father. He was a kind man, and though he wasn't Sohma, he knew of the curse. She was about eight when her father died. Kyoko had been in the care of her Aunt in an American base, and when she found out the news she was devastated. She found that she was alone in the world.
Of course, that's before a man she didn't know showed up to take her away to her family in Japan. She was surprised to find that she was actually part of the Sohma family. So the cheery girl was taken to Japan to be with them. It was nothing that she thought it would be. First there was that 'God' boy, whom insulted the living daylights out of her, and her hand had found it's way in his mouth. Of course, she only got in one tiny punch with her tiny fist, and he more or less beat the crap out of her, then kinda... fainted on top of her. She was scolded severly by everyone. She felt horrible afterwards, and even begged for Takami's forgiveness, though, she found that his forgiving side wasn't all that forgiving. She was on his s**t list for a while, but then stopped toying with her for a while when he found no fun with her. She feels some kind of bond with all the zodiac members. Kyoko was a very spunky girl. She's always having fun and being fun. She's a very cheerful and stubborn girl. The years went by and she was happy, though she had to visit Takami once in a while. She got along with everyone, even Takimi, and even Jun. Kyoko was always out and about. She was a little lonely because she missed her father, but of course, that all changed when Kyoko met her.
She was only fifth teen when she met Arisu Momoko Hiragashi. Arisu looked plainly like a guy, but Kyoko like the girl, and she found that she was bisexual. Arisu was a tough girl. She was even in a gang, her hair was a bright color of orange, and she was mean to everyone. Of course, Kyoko was compelled with this girl, and she was always by her side, always asking what was what. Arisu was annoyed, but eventually, she showed her soft side to Kyoko. And so, that started Kyoko's love life. They were best of friends and best of lovers. No one knew at the time, maybe a few of her family members did, but Kyoko didn't care. She loved Arisu with all her heart. She told Arisu about the curse, but she didn't care. Kyoko remembered her grin, and her saying "Well we're both girls, so it really doesn't matter... I'll love you just the same if you turned into a plant." Of course, Kyoko's happiness didn't last. Arisu had snuck over, and they were... in bed together. A maid walked in, seeing the two nude girls, she screamed. that's where Kyoko's life ended. The free spirited horse was broken down. The were sent to Takami's room, and Kyoko was punished serverly in front of her lover. Hearing the words that she wanted to have her memories erased broke her soul and her heart. Kyoko was in the hospital for several weeks, and when she finally got out. Many changes were made in the girl, she has become even more violent and more reckless. She's an outright party girl. She comes home completely shitfaced on a daily bases, and has even threaten to drop out of school. She still maintains her grades though. She's an outright alcoholic, and has started using many different drugs. She has a lot of anger and rage and sometimes, she just doesn't want to live anymore.
Extra: Kyoko has a cat that she loves. It's probably the only creature now that gets to see her softer side.

The Ram

Username: Isnook2
Character Name: Sefuru Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Ram or lamb?
Age: 8
Sex: Male
Height: 4'
Apperance:Sigh...
Orientation: N/A
Crush: N/A
Living Arrangements: In the main estate with elder brother
Bio: Sefuru is obnoxious. He's rude, sarcastic, mean to wildlife and annoying. Despite his age he's pretty smart and constantly challenging others to a verbal duel, one that Rashiel will gladly take up but in the end the two use such different weaponry that its like they're talking in different languages. Sefuru's recently been adding some very crude words to his vocabulary, one that he isn't afraid to throw at the other zodiac members. He kind of fears the Emperor, but its an oddly twisted sort of respect, like a small predator fearing the larger predator, the falcon fearing the eagle. His mother loved to hug him (Who wouldn't mind hugging a lamb?) but she almost died from an stroke and the lack of sufficient oxygen damaged a little of her brain. Bedridden from partial-paralysis, Sefuru visits her often to snuggle against her, but once he leaves her room he reverts back to his bitter, loathing attitude. The only person he's really decent to is Emi, whom he likes to look after but hates playing 'House'. During his free time he's often in the gardens, catching insects, frogs, lizards and all sorts of critters for entertainment. It really pisses Rei off when Sefuru tortures some of the creatures, especially since Rei loved animals when he was young but creatures always run away because he is the snake. Yet Sefuru has an easier time capturing them because he is a ram.
Extra:He can't get along with most people, especially the cat, tiger and snake. He thinks the monkey is just plain stupid and he has a evil plan of forcing cheese down Jun's throat... one day.

The Monkey

Username: Katria Fleur
Character Name: Tsukiko Sohma
Zodiac Sign: Monkey
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Height: 5' 3"
Apperance: [x]
Orientation:Straight
Crush: None from what she can tell.
Living Arrangements: Lives with her two older brothers and one older sister within the Sohma estate.
Bio: From first impressions alone, one could say that Tsukiko Sohma or “Tsuki” is a personification of the phrase “Monkey see, monkey do”. This is due to the fact that the young girl has had a strange habit of copying what people around her say and do, no matter how ridiculous or strange. Whether this mimicking is done consciously or unconsciously, no one really knows; however, the only thing that people within the Sohma family know is that her mirroring has become an unstoppable and unbreakable habit ever since her parents died in a reported driving accident and when the girl is asked why she mirrors others, she only gives a single answer: “Tsuki plays game until mommy and daddy come back...”

Although the monkey girl copies others, this does not mean she lacks a personality of her own. Quite the contrary, Tsukiko radiates an aura of innocence and is sweet, child-like and playful, yet extremely naïve to the point that she seems utterly clueless. However, Tsukiko’s real personality only ever surfaces whenever she is in the presence of her siblings, the “God” of the family or any other person she respects or trusts, inside or outside of the family (though so far, she has only shown her “true self” to three of the four mentioned....).

Because of this little habit she has been blessed with, Tsukiko had been home-schooled ever since she could remember. Also for the good of the family as well as her own, the young girl is rarely allowed out of the Sohma estate, and when she is, she is usually accompanied by one of her older siblings or trusted relatives. However, in spite of the walls and restraints that people place on her, she often “escapes” from the house (where she is usually aided by one mentionable trait of the monkey zodiac that appears on her person: her almost inhuman agility and dexterity) and ventures into the outside world with the nearby school as her favorite place to explore. This just goes to show that traits of the Zodiac can surface, even with someone as angelically innocent as Tsukiko.

Extra: Tsukiko often wears dark lolita-style clothes that further accentuate her child-like aura. Her favorite food in the whole world is white chocolate. She loves the scent of vanilla. For some reason beyond anyone’s comprehension, she is deathly afraid of cameras.

The Rooster

Username: Lady_of_laputa
Character Name: Yuuma Sohma, will not tolerate being called 'Yuu', or 'Yuu-kun'
Zodiac Sign:ROOSTER (Brown Rooster.)
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Height: 6'3
Appearance:[ X ] Yuuma Sohma.
Orientation: Unsure.
Crush: Very flighty, so none...YET.
Living Arrangements: An ornate and tasteful house on the estate, with his mother. Closest to the Snake's mansion.
Bio:
Son of nobody knows who, Yuuma's mother liked to tell him the reason behind his awkward and inconvienent transformations was that he had the misfortune to be born out of wedlock. That of course, he learned at a young age,
was a complete farce. She believed it with all her heart, though, and blamed herself for his 'curse', pampering and spoiling the young boy for as long as he could remember to make up for her teenage trist. The finest toys, clothing, shoes,
haircuts...all possible luxuries her money could buy. She was never a dominating force in his life, and merely supported him, despite his overwhelmingly tenacious and self-absorbed behavior. The rooster is the best dressed in the family, and often is assumed to be flamboyant by outsiders who do not know
Yuuma's overly romantic sensibilities. The biggest hardship, throughout childhood, which he had to learn to quickly overcome, was his limitless adoration and need to be sociable. This has led to many unfortunate incidents, and he was told to either control himself, or be exiled forever.
His beauty is exotic and strange to those around him, because the darker coloring of his skin (due to his brown rooster personality) is not often seen in those regions of Japan. Yuuma loves spotlight, and is by far the most popular of the Sohmas in the local highschool, abandoning his studies to entertain and get to know
the ways of the 'average' person. His need to talk, and be right, as well as self-centered state of mine can become overbearing, but mostly those around him fawn at his feet, unable to resist the wit and charisma.

The rooster boy is fiercely independent, and ran away from home several times, only to be found, transformed and lonely, in the middle of nowhere special. His biggest hatred is the dishonesty of man, and is always blunt, verbalizing his every thought.
The attention he recieves feeds his ego, but this pretentious young boy's snobbery has no limits. Because of the obsession with appearance and beauty, his 'rooster' form irks him, and he prefers not to acknowledge it as a part of him.
Rei, the snake, is the only person in the Sohma family Yuuma feels he can look up to, for to have such lavish things, as well as possess the grace and charm of nobility, was not something to go unnoticed in the boy's eyes!

In general, he enjoys 'grand gestures', and will do just about anything for attention. A modern day Cassanova, ready and willing to break hearts. People find relationships with him difficult, however, due to his stubborness and sometimes cruel honesty.

Extra: Hates the rabbit with all his soul, and can often be found badmouthing her around the family. His general interests are fashion, poetry, observation, the stars, and of course...HIMSELF. Will peck your eyes out if you call him a chicken, he insists on lecturing the young ones about the difference between ROOSTER, and chicken.

Username: Kisitiene
Character Name: Katsumi Minamino
Age: 17
Sex: Female
Height: 5' 7"
Apperance: [x] [x]
Orientation: Straight
Crush: None yet
Living Arrangements: Lives with her twin brother and parents in a fair sized house.
Bio: Katsumi was born and raised in Japan. Her life wasn't really far from normal. She had a twin brother and two loving parents. What more could a girl want? Well...nothing really.
Katsumi never did seem to grow up though. She seemed to stay a child even through high school. But when in middle school, this young brunette found her love of magic. And not just any magic, fortune magic. She loved tarot cards and crystal balls. Soon she started to study up on them and then she became who she is now. Just by looking at someone she can feel and read their wave lengths. With a bit of concentration she can read people's futures from their hands or the readings of cards. And she's currently working on reading other's thoughts.
As a child, Katsumi had a lot of friends. But when she started to study magic, a lot of people pushed her away. They called her strange, a freak even. But in high school she found two people who would accept her no matter what! And now, they are the best of friends, though not exactly what you would expect when looking "best friends" up in a dictionary.
Extra: Loves strawberries and she has a major love of salmon berries.
She usually wears long sweaters with short shorts underneith.
She isn't the most normal of psychics and is a bit more childish in person than many would believe possible for how she acts during her readings.

Username: Shia47
Character Name: Yuji Watanuki
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Height: 6' 1''
Apperance: [x]
Orientation: Bisexual
Crush: None yet
Living Arrangements: Lives with his parents and older brother in a small house
Bio: Yuji had always adored his older brother as a child. He aspired to be just like him, to accomplish the things he could and be someone his family could be proud of.

However, his brother was surprisingly smart and athletic for his age. Yuji was never able to catch up, and soon found his parents comparing him to his brother constantly. 'Why can't you be more like Yuu?' 'Yuu was getting top marks in his class at your age.' 'Yuu was able to run twice as fast when he was your age!'

Secretly, Yuji started to detest his brother more and more each day. Why couldn't his parents accept him for who he was? It didn't matter what it was. It seemed that he was a failure in their eyes.

This sent Yuji on his spiral downwards. He joined a street gang come middle school, and was out to the early hours of the morning each night. His parents at first tried to punish him, but after a while began to ignore him completely.

That killed him inside more than anything. All he wanted was for his parents to allow him to be his own person, but now he was hearing hushed talk of having him disowned from the family.

It wasn't until his freshman year when he met his two best friends that he finally started to shape up. He quit his gang and suffered the consequences, but was able to put his life back together and get his parents to see his point of view. There is still a rift between his older brother and him, but things are better than they were.
Extra: Yuji cannot stand the heat. At all. It puts him in a really cranky mood that he feels the need to take out on others most of the time.
Yuji's top two front teeth are fake. He lost his actual teeth when he quit his game. When/If Yuji's fake teeth fall out, the teen is sent into a wild rampage that can only be calmed down when his teeth are put back in.

Again. It had happened again. Takami narrowly glared at the sand castle his hands were in the process of making before something inside him suddenly clicked. Taki had obviously gotten out. Lately, Taki was coming out a bit more frequently then usual. Was it some sort of sign? Last thing Takami remembered…well that was a bit of a blur at the moment. He scowled in disgust at the fact he was completely covered in sand. Takami had always been a clean person and he absolutely hated getting dirty. Now his body felt all itchy and covered in germs. Who knows where all of this sand has been before and just how many people touched it. Eww…he was covered in filth! Angrily, Takami kicked the perfectly made sand castle down. Just where the hell was he?!

Wait….what the hell was he doing at the public park?! Where were his servants?! They should all know better not to let him leave the estates when Taki took over. They should all know better! Yet, once again, Taki had managed to slip right through their fingers and find a way outside Sohma property. Worst of all, he was still in his sleeping garments. The God had a rather strange sleeping pattern and simply slept when he felt tired. Not knowing what he had done or what happened between now and then only soured the God’s mood.

Certain servants were going to be punished later on by his hand. Damn them for not knowing how to do their jobs right! The only bright side to all of this was the park was fairly empty at the moment. Everyone was probably still at school at the moment or working. Hardly any of his zodiacs had been at the estate earlier. Hopefully, few people had seen him as Taki. He rather not have the whole world knowing of his split personality. That would do nothing but perhaps bring attention to the whole Sohma family. Having one of his zodiac children with the ability to erase memories was of good use to him.

Abruptly bringing himself up to his feet, Takami habitly dusted himself off and irritately frowned at his bare feet. He wasn’t the least bit surprised at this. Taki didn’t like to wear shoes of any sort. Well he should head back before more people saw him in such a messy appearance. As if he was going to idly stand by and be some sort of amusement show for these damn outsiders to watch. He wasn’t going to give a reason for people to laugh at him. If any of the zodiac children dared to mention his other half, he wouldn’t show any mercy. Takami hated anyone mentioning Taki.

Hastily digging through all his pockets, Takami growled in annoyance when he found something rather sticky and Emi’s beaded necklace instead of a cell phone. Had he had some sort of tea party with Emi before running off to the park? What was syrup doing in his pocket?! What a good way to start the day. When he saw those servants, he was going to give them a piece of his mind and beat them into a pulp. The dwelling anger inside him only grew by the minute.

Takami really didn’t want to walk back; it was too far of a walk to his liking. The God was use to simply riding in luxury limos whenever he wished to go somewhere. Unfortunately, if he didn’t want to be seen in such a disgraceful appearance, he had no choice but to walk back or perhaps there was a pay phone of some sort somewhere around here. Rei would drop whatever he was doing to fetch him. The snake was someone the God could always rely on and Rei wasn’t someone who would secretly laugh at this. With the older zodiac, it was Jun and Rei he actually relied on more. That dragon of his at times irritated him and the dog just said things at the most inappropriate times.

Venom. Toxins that
stop your heart
Kill your nerves
Toy with your mind
& devour
your sweet succulent body.

By the Deities and Ancestors, he was tired. So tired that once he had reached home on Friday in the early morning he had stripped, dumped his clothes in a corner and collapsed in a bath tub of warm water, soaking in lavender scented oils and rose petals to sweep the smell of cauterized flesh and metallic blood from his mind. He had fallen asleep for an hour or so until the cold water and the stiff position he found himself in prompted him to shift to the tender comfort of his sprawling double bed. Drying himself as much as he could with the little effort that he could muster, the lithe blonde soon snuggled beneath the sheets and flopped against the stash of pillows, long silvery strands spilling around him like a silver fountain.

The morning wore on. He could vaguely hear the servants and the other Sohmas moving about in their nearby houses. Thank goodness he had his own little corner of the estate now. If he were still stuck in his room that he had been assigned to as a child, he was going to go insane with the lack of sleep. The sounds were soon replaced by the singing cicadas as the children and teenagers left for school and the servants went about with their chores, cleaning the gardens, sweeping the wooden floor boards or dusting the tatami mats and what not. He knew that at least two of them would be stepping into his mansion grounds, to clean the kitchen and the living room with ease since he was an immaculately tidy person, and he certainly appreciated their efforts as well. Then there was his personal stash of laundry and sheets of rich fabrics to wash and hang up... and oh he was just so glad his room was on the second level and further away from the noise below him, dampened by the thick floor and the marble that spread across almost every inch of his mini-mansion.

As the sun ascended into the sky he awoke two hours later, disgruntled and annoyed as he tugged at the golden pleats to let the lined curtain fall over the windows, casting the room into almost total darkness once more. Stumbled toward the bed again, he almost tripped over the metallic suitcase of money before he collapsed to take another short nap till the late morning and the nightmares forced him awake.

A jolt travelled through the man's body as if someone had jamned an electric device against him, muscles flinching as he jerked in his bed and felt the springs in the mattress sway a little. Oh damn... oh damn... his heart was beating so quickly he felt that if he hiccuped right there and then he might get a cardiac arrest. Lips parted as he groaned, his dry tongue licking the air as he rested his back against the bed and waited for his panting to ease. Distantly, he could hear the chime of a temple bell located near the woods, signalling the height of noon. Oh darned, the children and teenagers would be home early today, assuming they came straight home instead of going out to run around that is. Wasn't it the holidays now? Double damned.

Sluggishly he set upright, wincing as he ran his fingers through his silky but slightly-tangled hair, a hand clasping over the middle of the long strangs just so that he could finish combing through their entire length. When he felt more alert it was back into the bathroom for another short shower and this time he took extra care with his appearance, since he had intended to present himself to his God along with the sum of this week's job. It was his 'small' contribution to the family after all, or he would really have too much to spend. He had already purchased two small islands near Iriomote, having no plans of developing them except for building a mansion on the larger one to act his his holiday home and hideout, if he ever needed one.

Stifling a yawn, the richly-dressed snake soon descended the grand stairs to the entrance hall, the silver hard-covered suitcase half-dangling from a hand as he walked down the path to the God's abode.

Not in?! Where could he be?

Rei had the patience to walk to where he thought Takami might linger, which was quite essentially, the homes of the zodiacs who did not to to public school. Damned this was troubling. his fingers slid into the pocket of his coat, drawing out his mobile as he considered dialling the Emperor's number. Then again, it wasn't like Takami-sama would bring his handphone around if he was within the estate. Well... Rei was trying very hard not to panic by now. In the end he dumped the suitcase in the boot of his black Hudsen and decided to take a quick drive around the neighbourhood. Plus, of course, a stop at his favourite neighbourhood soba restaurant for lunch. Assuming the God was safe and contacted him, and that he had not freaked out so much that he had lost his appetite.

Oh where... is Takami? Oh where... is Takami? Oh where oh where? Not here, not there...

(Gomen! I didn't think it'd be that long. I just liked describing his poor exhaustion. If you're lazy to read, basically Rei came home in the early morning. Slept and then went out to look for Takami.)

School may have just ended a few minutes previously, but Katsuo was already outside the building, standing in the schoolyard. He was itching for break to start. School was nice, yes; it got him away from home, and that was always a good thing. But now that he didn’t have someone breathing down his neck every few minutes, the Ox found that he rather enjoyed time off. He could do what he wanted, when he wanted—no structure, no need to conform to anyone’s wants or needs but his own.

It was satisfying, to say the least.

Now, normally, he would have waited for the other Sohmas who attended the same school, to walk back to the Estate with them. (Though it wasn’t always enjoyable, as his companions happened to be the Cat and the Rat—constantly fighting. Arguing. Being generally annoying—not that he really let their constant bickering affect him.)

Today, however, it was hot out. And he wanted to get home, to somewhere cooler. He could feel sweat beginning to bead on the back of his neck, and as a remedy, quickly pulled his hair—including the strange natural white streak which was a token of being the Zodiac’s Ox—up into a ponytail, in order to keep it off his skin. This menial task accomplished, he decided that, yes, today Jun and Fumiko could find their own way home. He might have been the oldest, but they were big kids; he was sure they could manage a walk home. (Preferably without killing each other.)

As such, he began walking, carefully unbuttoning the front of his uniform jacket with his right hand, while his left carried his school bag. Having it open was more comfortable in the heat—not much, but enough for it to be beneficial, at least. His nails—perhaps slightly longer than they should be—were painted; each finger sported alternating black and white polish. His mother would be rather unhappy if she saw that, and that might have been one of the reasons he did it—that, and it just looked cool.

The shortest route from school back to the Sohma Estate happened to pass through a nearby local park—and that was just where Katsuo found himself at the moment. And there, he stumbled upon something rather unexpected, and equally as strange.

His brow furrowed at the sight of the Jade Emperor standing not too far off, looking rather miffed. What was he doing away from the Main House—at least, without attendants? Odd. Very odd. But ah, well. As a member of the Zodiac, what else could he do but be of service to his God in his time of need?

“Takami-sama?” He inquired (because it was always best to be polite as far as this one was concerned), as he walked closer to the younger—but still slightly taller—Sohma. He didn’t say anything beyond that; the Ox was typically a young man of few words, after all. And besides; what else could be said in this situation?

Jun loosened the tie around his neck lightly as he stood outside of the school building. He had been talking to the teacher after class and so stayed after everyone else. But he at least expected to see the Ox waiting for him outside. Yet there was no one there but the stragglers and their friends.

Jun glanced around a bit as he walked from the campus and headed towards the park for the shortcut home. Maybe he could beat Katsuo home and then tell him off, in a kind way, for ditching him back at the school. And then he would smirk and tell him that he should know by now that the Rat must always be first.

Now, many people would think this very rude. But Jun never meant any of it really. He was a good hearted person for the most part. He felt himself fair friends with the Ox and he was sure that Katsuo knew he was never serious with his remarks when talking about how the rat must come first as it always was and will be and yadda yadda yadda...! Jun knew, or felt he knew, that he could pal around with the Ox. But none of the other members were gifted the chance to see that side of him. Everyone else in the amily saw the Jun that everyone at school saw. Quiet, calm, intelligent, and a quick tongue. Jun could easily spit a remark right back in your face if he felt like it and he wasn't lacking in the brains department, nor the looks or that matter. But he liked to keep quiet and take everything in before putting in ihs own two cents.

Though there was a third side to him as well. But this third side was reserved or the God. Jun is a very obediant Rat who will do whatever asked of by Takami. Not only that but he feels himself very close to the God. And not just because his parents forced that thought into his brain. He actually found a small attraction to his God so he was glad he had the luck of being the Rat and in first place. Besides, with his position the God would never think it odd if he were to do things with him he wouldn't with others. What these things may be will be left up to your imagination...

As Jun walked through the park his pace was fair yet quick. (He was always one with a quick step though he never knew why.) His mind was wandering a bit as he thought of what to do now that he had a nice break. But his eyes soon caught a glimpse of his school uniform and he looked over to see Katsuo. As luck would have it, Jun was far enough away and at just the right angle that he only saw Katsuo and not Takami infront of him, despite the height difference.

"Well, if it is't Katsuo. Why did you just leave without me?" he asked as he flipped his bag over his shoulder before walking over in the direction of the Ox. But his eyes soon fell upon the God standing there in his night wear, without shoes, and an aura of anger, though he could not see it, he could feel the anger radiating off of him, about his figure.

"Kami-sama..." he said as he blinked a bit at the figure before him as he walked over to stand near the younger male. His mind quickly flew to work to turn the situation around from what he knew happened. He kew Taki had come out, but he wasn't about to bring that to conversation. "Did you come to walk with us back home? I'm sure you heard we have been let of for break. You must have been so anxious to spend all of these days with us that you wanted to start right away. And I will assume you slept in and lost track of time and in waking up you were quick to leave to greet us that you did not have time to change," he preached in a smooth tone with a small sincere smile, "You are truely a beautiful God, Takami-sama. To want to spend so much time with your family, I would never ask for more. But if you would like, I can call someone to bring a limo. I know you are not too fond of walking, especially without shoes. And I would not want you to catch anything."

Jun gave a deep bow to Takami as he finished before taking one of Takami's hands and placing a light kiss upon the back, "Which ever you wish for is fine with me, Kami-sama. And I'm sure Katsuo will gladly say he agrees."

Jun gave a glance back at the Ox to see if he was still near. He would probably look pretty dumb if the Ox had left in the middle of his little speech he had used to hopefully turn Takami into a better mood. Well...it was probably more important to hope that Takami's emotions were swayed away from anger with his words than more into the harsh emotion.

Payphone payphone payphone, not a payphone in sight. Even if he did find one, a look of disgust covered his face just thinking how many filthy outsiders touched it. Payphones had more germs on them than the average toilet seat.

Bleh, it was terribly hot outside and the sticky syrup on his fingers was irritating him to no end. Once he got back, he was going to rinse all this filthy dirt off him. The sand was even in his hair. Ewww...he was even beginning to sweat! This was simply unforgivable!

Those damn servants! Why did he even have them when they couldn’t even do their job right?! How difficult was it to keep him within the estate walls when he was Taki?

Constantly thinking those thoughts did nothing but boil his temper even more. A rather familiar voice soon snapped Takami away from his trail of thought and the God whirled around only to face the Ox. His golden eyes flashed with pure irritation that he was about to get some assistance from a stupid creature. But it was better to get assistance from a stupid ox, than any of the younger Sohmas.

“Mention one word about this and I will personally wring your neck Ox.” Takami coldly threatened, taking a moment to study the polite mannered Ox. It was better to threaten first before taking any sort of assistance. “Use that cell phone of yours to call Rashiel and have him pick us up. Or is that simple task a bit too difficult for your pea sized brain to comprehend?” Takami dryly asked, not really in the best of moods right now. He never really thought much of Katsuo’s intelligence, in the story, the ox was always stupid.

The only thing Takami had to do was make sure the stupid Ox followed after him and not go astray. Wait…didn’t the Ox usually walk back with the rat and that damn cat? Well the less zodiacs that saw him like this the better. At least it was the Ox who kept quiet about things when he was ordered to. Katsuo had no brain of his own so had to be ordered to do something. The ox needed him, yes, all of his zodiacs needed him.

"Well, if it is't Katsuo. Why did you just leave without me?"

Speaking of the rat, Jun had nice timing. A flash of disapproval soon emitted through Takami’s expression, quite annoyed that his rat had greeted that stupid ox first. Did he not notice him standing there or what?! How could Jun not notice, he was taller than the ox. Did Jun find the ox more important than him?! The mere thought caused pure anger to flash through his eyes. Even the stupid ox was smart enough to notice him first. Was there something going on between the two of them?! Ah yes, pure paranoia was something that hit the God quite often. When the rat finally did acknowledge him, nothing but words of stupidity came out.

Was the rat seriously trying to make a fool out of him infront of the already stupid ox?! Who in their right mind would run out here not even dressed to meet up with people? Picking his entire zodiac in a luxury vehicle was more his style. There was no way he would come out in public with such a messy appearance. If the rat was going to make up a story like that, then he could have come up with a better one or simply said nothing at all.

Like hell he would come walking all the way to the park on his free will. He didn’t make it a habit to go to his zodiac, they went to him. He didn’t sought them, they sought him. He was God and God didn’t pursue after anything unless something got out of line. Jun was only making his temper boil further. The compliments Jun spoke ran among death ears. The rat had long ago upset him when he greeted the ox first. Yes, Takami was a possessive person who easily got jealous of the smallest things. When he heard something he simply didn’t like, he would mute everything out and allow his mind to come up with absurd conclusions. He was in a foul mood as it was and Jun just made it worse.

Still, something was definitely going on between those two. They could secretly do things of that sort behind his back while they went to school. Well if that was the case, he would surely fix it. Takami had been secretly planning to start attending the school anyways to cause discomfort towards that damn cat. He would show her there was no such thing as escape from him. That damn cat’s stupidity must be rubbing off on Jun. The only thing she was good for if anything at all was being some sort of stress reliever. She only existed to serve him; they all existed just to serve him. Time bomb, Takami was standing there like a ticking time bomb while Jun spoke and when the rat finally finished with a kissing of the hand, something erupted inside. Takami finally lost it.

“YOU DAMN STUPID RAT!! WHAT KIND OF FOOL DO YOU TAKE ME FOR THINKING I WOULD DO SOMETHING SO ABSURD LIKE THAT?! ARE YOU TRYING TO MOCK ME?! BOTH THE CAT’S STUPIDITY AND THE OX IS BEGINNING TO RUB OFF ON YOU! AND HERE I WAS HOPING MAYBE SOME OF YOUR COMMON SENSE WOULD RUB OFF ON THEM BUT IT APPEARS BEING COMPLETE MORONS IS QUITE CONTAGIOUS!” Takami violently growled out, harshly slapping the rat before roughly kicking him down.

Oh Takami didn’t seem to care the least that they were in a public place and more people would probably come to the park because school was now out along with it being lunch hour.

“HOW DARE YOU UTTER SUCH NONSENSE! AREN’T YOU SUPPOSED TO BE WATCHING THAT DAMN CAT TO MAKE SURE SHE DOESN’T DO ANYTHING STUPID?! HAVEN’T I TOLD YOU TO MAKE SURE SHE DOESN’T DO ANYTHING OUT OF LINE?! MUST I DO EVERYTHING MYSELF?! HOW DARE YOU NOT GREET YOUR GOD FIRST! HAVE YOU NO RESPECT?!” Takami continued to angrily growl out, his temper on the rise. Blinded by rage, repeatedly began to beat Jun with his fist.

It wasn’t often that he took his anger out on his favorites, it wasn’t often they provoked him like this but Jun simply said the wrong words at the wrong time. Oh if any innocent bystander happened to try and pry him apart from Jun before it was done, Takami wouldn’t hesitate to turn on them too!

Now, personally, Katsuo had thought that Jun's words were rather nice. Eloquently spoken, respectful, praising even--but sometimes, words were just not enough. Katsuo could relate to Takami a bit, actually; words usually weren't sufficent on their own to pull him out of those moments (though his, certainly, were much more rare than Takami's) where he snapped into rage. Actions spoke louder than words, as the saying went, and it was all too true. Jun had been a fool to think he could convince Takami out of his anger this time.

Takami's insults (particularly to his intelligence) bit in a way that comments like that from anyone else wouldn't, because Katsuo himself knew he wasn't stupid, and it didn't really matter what other people thought. For example, if Jun were to joke about the Rat and the Ox from the Zodiac story, it would simply roll right off Katsuo's back. He would think nothing of it. However, when God called him an idiot...he hated to admit it, but it stung more than it should have.
Not that he let it show.

But Takami's wrath had moved onto Jun, and before Katsuo knew what was happening, the Rat had been struck to the ground by the hand of God--literally. Takami's shouting carried around the entire park. They were just lucky that no one else had come upon them yet.

It was surprising, actually, that Takami would choose to take his anger out on Jun--the Rat was one of his favorites, after all. But still, Jun had been the one to enrage him further with his comments, so it did make sense. However, whether it made sense or not, Katsuo didn't like it at all.

Honestly. What kind of person--what kind of friend, what kind of relative--would he be if he could just stand by while his cousin was being beaten like that? Even if it was by the infamously temperamental Head of the Family, and even if he knew that he too would recieve punishment for an intervention, Katsuo couldn't simply watch.

As such, he stepped forward, catching Takami's next fist with his hand. He was careful not to hurt the Emperor with his block, but he still had no doubt that he would be the one getting hit next. Still, he spoke softly, voice completely calm. "Takami-sama, this isn't Jun's fault." He stated sensibly. "What he said was unreasonable, yes, but he was only trying to help you. I can call Rei-san right now, and tell him to bring a car to take us all back to the Estate, if that is what you wish."

Outwardly, Katsuo was as cool and collected as usual, but inwardly, he was already preparing himself for a blow. Ah, well. It wasn't like he cared if he was hurt physically, anyway. Better that than stand there and do nothing while Jun got beaten.
