This is the place to put any questions you have about the meaning of any fob songs. Or a lyric or two within a song. The one lyric that I have been wondering about is from "Hum Hallelujah"
"I love you in the same way there's a chapel in a hospital"
I have heard many explanations but I want to hear yours. Post whay you think it means and any other lyric you have questions about.

I'm just typing this to anyone who is curious, and because I think its hilarious. Anyways, in case you don't have the ****Live In Phoenix DVD/CD, according to Pete Wentz, here is what "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs" is about:
"This song is about loving a girl so much, and be so jealous of her, that you just wanna cut her up into pieces, and eat her."

Speaking Without Thinking: i think that lyric means that i love you in the same way, like he still cares about her even after the break up, and the Chapel in the hospital i think it means that he is in the hospital because of a broken heart and if she wants to help him then she should marry him in the Chapel.
lol..........i just like randomly came up with that, lol....but i think that is what it means.
does anyone know what "take your tears and put them on ice" means cause i have tried to guess and i think it may mean like freez them, or stop crying, but idk

I heard someone tell me before to put your tears on ice and he simply ment to stop crying. If you think about it, when water gets very very cold it turns into ice. So by the water of your tears being near the ice they freeze and stop.

But FOB lyrics could have multiple meanings depending on the individual and their views on it. =/
But that's party why I love them. ^^

i agree, there are many different ways to veiw their songs. I kinda just guess. I have to say though that i just like the songs and the lyrics, dont really care what they mean,lol
my favorite lyric is the one on my siggy, "syncing with the melody off the cliffs of eternity." idk what it means, but i love it! lol
any ideas?
