Ryuu went to the beach today. =O
The waves were big, and I'm so light, so I couldn't stand up.
And Pat kept pushing me into the waves. D=
Then me and Tai and parental units walked down the beach.
And I found a rock in the shape of a heart. =O And Tai found one with a cross on it.
And then we went to a park, where Pat and Belas proceeded to jump around the playground equipment.
So now we're home. And I have a sun burn. @_@
Legs, shoulders, arm, face... Yeah.
I don't tan. I burn. A lot.
So, yeah, now I hurt.

I have avoided sunburns so far... But don't worry, they'll get me soon.
... *Gets paranoid* ARGH SUNRAYS DX! ... Wait... it's 1:40AM ... nevermind sweatdrop

Beaches are fun. Sun shine is not so fun when it kills you.
I can't stand for very long without my legs starting to sting like heck. And the top of my thighs are burned, too, so I can 't rest my arms on them like I normally do.

That's why you were supposed to get sunblock/sunscreen. SPF 50. surprised

Get some aloe vera. It works awesomely on burns.
I grow some aloe in my front yard, so I have an endless supply.

I too am pale and barely tan if at all. Though I tend to only sunburn on my shoulders, neck, and the back of my legs. Everywhere else is almost immune or something. 0.o

Ow, ow, ow...
-Tai's version of "Yay, beach!"-
First off, there was my brother's ceremonial start of summer run into Tai and make her fly face first into the water thing. What he failed to remember was: Presque Isle beaches are made of rocks.
Tai was picking pebbles out of her knees for a few minutes then watching the blood run out of the several little holes and down her shins.
Rinse it out in the lake and keep going right? Yeah, stung like %@&#$ later. Plus I had further messed up my already sore shoulder in the 'flailing whilst drowning part'.
The waves were trying to carry Tai away so she spent the remainder of the splashing time sitting at the edge and digging herself a kiddie pool.
Then came the sunburn. SUNBUUUURNNNN. Yes.
Now she's sitting here with bandages on her knees, itchy and painful shoulders and a sleepy brain. Twas a good day. =O

That happened to me when I was like...eight.
I had to sleep on pillows. crying
And it felt like my skin was being danced on by leprechauns while burning to death. >:
So now I practically swim in sunblock so it doesn't happen again. >___>

We had sunblock on, but we were out all day, so it wore off.
My legs are better now, but my shoulders and neck still hurt. x.x

lucky me i dont burn.
i have an olive skin tone so if and or when i do go outside i mearly tan.
and if i spend alot of time outside then by the middle of summer i begin to look like a native american... or mexican... depends on how i have my hair and what color it is i guess...
