I'm tempted to make earrings of them, they're so freaking cute!
Thing is, I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to do their tails, the polymer clay I have might break if they're too thin >__<

yay! I finished my little clay thingys! they ended up being too big for earrings - the wings kept bumping into my neck - so I made them into cell phone charms! biggrin

those are the ones I made a few weeks ago, and yes, I'm planning to make them like that. so one earring would be the devil imp and the other will be the angel imp.

I like Salmay's idea about making the angel imp's tail out of wire, is that what you meant?

I think most craft shops will have a rather thin jewelry wire. On spools I think. I haven't looked for something like that for a while. Metallic thread is not very strong or lasting. But you should be able to get a nice black thread.

I think I still have reasonably sized copper wire lying around somewhere, if they don't turn out so well in color I can always cover them with clay - so at least the tail will have a strong core?
I did that with a mini guitar I made, the neck kept falling so I stuck a wire into the middle to keep it still. think it would work here?
