I don't really think she's Zelkova though. My crack!theory is that Zelkova is an AI that she created.

Agree. It would make sense. Helba teach him the trade. Besides. Helba was not exactly 'active' she was just... there. Zelcova is a very active member of The World R:2 so they can't be two people. Personallity and behavior is too diversly different. And Helba would probably be smart enough to avoid the Aida incident at Moon Tree.

I onestly haven't actually played through the original 4 discs yet. I'm still half way the 2nd xD stuck at Innus I think. But didn't Mai mention she was at the "final battle" meaning her character was there? This Kaoru, if she is Helba, possibly was there. If she recognized Mai's character then it would be set in stone the elevator woman is Helba.

That is a plausible idea. but I am forced to point out that
Kuhn and Sieg have two different voices, and Sieg and
Tomonari Kasumi [his user] even have two different voices,
even though they are alol the same character.

However, to contradict my theory, Sora and Haseo have two
different voice actors, even though they are the same character.

HOWEVER, to contradict this, Sora and Matsu have the same
voice, even though they are NOT the same characters.

her voice with both Kaoru Asaba from Liminality and Emma
Wielant in .hack//Games.

I tried sending all the mail cards to Zelkova for his responses. It just seemed like he was an A.I to me.

I've always thought of him as an A.I, though an A.I created by Helba would sound better. I don't think he IS Helba though D: And he's displayed characteristics unlike that of a REAL little boy.
