The Greek gods, the Shinto gods, and the Norse gods signed a pact after a thousand year war: Olympus would be divided in three, and each would get a portion. The Norse constructed their thrones, as did the Greeks, and the Shinto just ran around. The underworld was also split: Niflheim, Erebus, Yomi. And now... the Titans are breaking free.

(No. A Kappa is a Japanese water creature which looks like a mix between a turtle and a man. It's weak point is the exposed skull plate on the top of their heads. However, they are rumoured to have great psychic powers...)
