Quest Lions
Mostly my referance. Fear them. Really.

Wairee - White lion, grey mane, muzzle, sock markings. Red belly marking fading from the grey muzzle. Black eyes.

Seuche - One of 3 Triplets. Takes after Wairee the most. Has no problem killing anyone if Wairee asks. Pretty brutal. Scars, he has.

Schmerz - 2nd of 3 Triplets. Very self conciencious. Tries pleasing Wairee often. Father of Nullpunkt, Ketu, and Yakasa.

Blut - Actually NOT EVIL. Avoids his family, but is strongest and regarded heir regardless. Isn't against blood, really. Oldest by 5 minutes of the triplets.

Shupavu - Adopted/stolen by Wairee as a cub. Big jerk, usually, but opposes Wairee and the other two. Follows Kabi about. Might be her brother.

Vava - Seduced into present lifestyle with freedom and power from an African zoo. Left behind a daughter. Enjoys the thrill of the hunt. Sadist.

Mauaji - Evil. Killed many, is permanently stained with blood and covered in scars. Escaped a zoo by murdering the keepers. Potentially cursed. <-- Story has changed. ;O

Angaza

'Gaza acts dominantly like a stereotypical New Yorker. Captive-bred in the Central Park Zoo, 'Gaza has no concept of the things many wild hyenas would.... Like the alpha female being capable of whipping your butt, unless her name is Lucia or Frittalia. Then he's pretty mellow. Gaza shows respect when it's given to him, however, although for this he has all of... 3 friends, a litter, and an adopted son, as well as a b*****d son.

Gaza visits his daughter a lot to teach her what he knows, which somehow has kept the booger alive this long.

Kabichi

Kabichi's a total soft touch. She was seperated from family at an early age, and raised herself. Since she has her poppa's gentle nature, she's kind of a pansy, unless her cubs are involved. Kabichi has a large adopted family, however, even if she's back with Mom and Kohpi now. Kabichi takes care of an older lioness and her cubs as well, Ishara.

Kabichi was captured once and beaten so severely she lost her memory, though pieces are returning. She has 5 sons and 1 daughter, 2 males by her mate, the latter after one of her kidnappers forced her. Kabichi's very ashamed by this, and often hides or avoids sight.

When her mother proposed the family move, Kabichi tagged along. She's helped raise Chaka's son Mauaji, whom was left in the care of the pride her mother seeks to found. Kabichi has begun healing, despite slowly recovering, inspired by a lioness within the pride. She left her former mate behind in shame, and seeks a new life...

Sairin

.Sairin is a giant, surpassed maybe by his nephew's mother in law in sheer size[ Sairin is a Momma's boy with a Mother complex. He's very cautious, however, of his temper after seeing his half-brother Toshiro. He lost his temper on his nephew's mate one day and wandered off since.

Sairin prefers protecting those who need him; usually he travels with them untill no longer needed. He's got a son he's unaware of, a fact that is best kept secret-- his own father abandoned him as a cub, which still haunts him.

Asikiri

Asikiri is a follower of Primitus. His entire family seem to serve the Goid of Leadership as 'Spirit Guides'; in return Primitus grants them abnormal longevity and protection.

Asikiri is the oldest of three brothers, and often seen bothering Jareth, Max, or his charge Mioyo. Contrary to belief, he's not a total hardass. Just old enough to be a total grump.

Mioyo

Mioyo was born a princess but grew up with just her father. At an early age her pride, followers of Primitus, were slaughtered by the god's vengeful brother and his followers.

Her father, the king, and she, survived by sheer power. Mioyo shares the family's mixed blessing and curse from Primitus himself-- to outlive one mate and die with the next. Mioyo, having her first mate still, is thankfully in no hurry, much like her father. In fact, she's barely truly mated to her first, and she's already old-- old enough her genetics are actually inclined to produce much larger lions than modern. Her daughters Kohpi and KAbichi, sired in a time she thought her mate dead by the son of Primitus himself, were born early, accounting for their small size. Her third son, Vaskezu, was born of an old rogue wanting to continue his blood. Mioyo had agreed.

Unlike her daughters, Mioyo is violent and aggressive as needed.

This causes her no end of troubles, coupled with a size and pelt that confuse most lions into thinking she's a firekin. (She ain't.)

When Kabichi returned, battered and beaten, Mioyo chose to form a pride to protect the weak and innocent, seeing fear in the eyes of others. She also grew furious with her former mate for allowing her daughter to be stolen....

Mioyo now wanders, trying to build a pride with her sosn, daughter, and other like minded lions, seeking to protect the weak and helpless.

Kasida

Kasida is very lonely. Her pack dissolved at a young age, and as an adult, Kasida began to starve after her mother died.

Kasida is a singer, and often spending time with her pups by a rogue. More often than not she's alone, or watching her pups.

Mate: Nope.

Rajua

Rajua is the result of a brown lioness' liaison with a white. Her pride was brown and called all white lions ghosts. After she was born, she was abused by all but her mother severely, to a point she feared everyone. Her best friend was a white lion, Zimwi, until his family was chased away or killed.

Eventually Rajua was beaten, maimed, and chased from her pride. Still, she acts the submissive to all lions-- which resulted in a male taking her for a night and leaving her knocked up. Rajua loves her 3 cubs very much, fretting over her daughters.

Mate: A mate, she needs one.

Caellagh

Caellagh is a young cub in the Antianeira. Given up as a very tiny cub, Caellagh doesn't remember her mother Kimiko, or her brothers. Caellagh thus has whole heartedly embraced Kiuma's teachings about males and views them as nothing better than siring cubs, and, unless desiring them, will even attack a male. Caellagh is, like her sister, under the protection of the God of LEadership, whom she knows nothing of.

Mate: Will only consider females.

Ahari

Ahari is the only female in a large litter. Raised by her mother in the Chokwe Troupe, she is taught to use her mind, not brute force. Being as she's Angaza's daughter, this is a good thing, as she's inherited the wiles from both. Ahari is so bold as to venture, alone, to the Elephant Graveyard to see her father, and has no intention of joining. She wishes to liberate Angaza from the pack, and waits for her chance to do so.

Kimba


Kimba is king of a jungle bordering near humans. Orphaned as a cub, Kimba grew up alone with other animals and his mate Lyra for company. Kimba prefers peaceful solutions among the animals, even teaching the others to farm. He often attempts to negotiate peace and understanding with humans, going so far as to try to speak with them. He is recognized by the God of LEadership.

Mate: Lyra.

Chaka


Chaka lives with her sister out in the wilds. She was captive born, but has skill for hunting. She's had a brush with the wild leopard, Mkorogo, and has allies in lions. Chaka herself usually moves around the area a bit, restless and looking to find friends and her place.

Nullpunkt


Nullpunkt's father was one of three lions born looking exactly alike-- and born from an attack on her mother. Nullpunkt is clad in the colours and markings of a demon, much like her father, however she has a younger sibling she loves and protects. Nullpunkt uses her appearance to intimidate, and shows signs to rival her grandmother in size.

Circe


Circe, unlike her father, and grandfather, takes after her Great Grandpa Toshiro.

In other words, she's a right psychotic b***h. Circe believes she's God's gift to lionkind and isn't afraid to tell you so. Circe's morals are shaky at best, and she's fairly aggressive. Under that, however, is a lioness with a Daddy complex.
