Newsflash: According to a recent chat with the band, I've gleaned that Jerome has left the band permanently to concentrate on his side project, nearLY. Check them out, by the way, they are very good.

Anyway, Josh Freese took Jerome's place as NIN drummer and is the only member of the band EVER not to dye his hair black!! Incredible!!
