Personality: To Palla, her adoptees are everything. She wants them to be happy, to thrive, to have a good life, and does everything she can to take care of them. It's what makes her happy, and her own needs are usually put on the background for the sake of those she takes care of, blaming herself when something goes wrong, even if it is out of her control, completely binded for her need to see them well. If there is a young one out there who needs help, Palla will gladly take them in, always with a tender smile on her face, gentle and loving.
Bio: The herd where Palla was born had a survival of the fittest philosophy. In times of plenty, all thrived, but when the land suffered only those who were the strongest were allowed to stay within the territory, age old and sacred to the herd. For the young ones, it meant that only the first to emerge from the wisp would remain. A drought was scorching the lands when Palla's generation came to being, and she was third out of her siblings to emerge, expelled along with the other two unlucky ones and the rest of the other litters. To the date, Palla still doesn't understand how their parents could choose to abandon them to a miserable fate instead of moving to fertile, better grounds. No, instead, they had sentenced most of the young fillies and foals to death by injury, sickness, poisoning or simply starvation. When this gruesome trial of childhood came to an end, she made a promise to take care of all who were abandoned in the world, to be the loving mother they had lost or never had.

Personality: Cold, calculating and harsh, coming across as superior and arrogant often times. It is merely his way of defending himself from others seeing into his mind though, a thick shell to keep all who would dare try away. For he is secretively protective of Palla and his little group, to the point where his brilliance induces bouts of panic and paranoia from time to time, becoming violent to any and all outsiders who dare come near.
Bio: Kuss is the only one who is able to speak of the birds' past, yet he chooses firmly not to, shielding the two fillies and their caretaker from horrifying, painful truth. Having heard the tale from Kokain in the only moment of absolute clarity she's had since arriving the lands, the already naturally withdrawn foal traced a clear goal in his mind that turned him into what he is today, avidly searching for power and strength, much to Palla's worry and distress for her adopted son.

Personality: Sweet and very shy, Rein's soft voice is rarely heard in long sentences, seldom speaking out for herself. She has a hard time making decisions for herself, and so following Kuss and do as he says is a relief, though sometimes she wished he'd let them speak to other kirin... Submissive by nature and peaceful, Rein doesn't understand Hast Mich's violent, mocking behaviour towards her, if all she wants is to be friends with the other girl...

The only ones who are able to shed a light in this won't do so: Kokain is permanently submerged in trippy stupor, fleeing nightmarish memories with the help of hallucinogenic herbs and mushrooms; Los has lost her abbility to speak, both physically as well as telepathically; and no one other than Kokain knows Kuss has been told of it, and he isn't about to let anyone else in on that.

Personality: Despite Palla's best love and care, Hast is a cruel and spoiled girl, stopping at nothing to get her way through, stomping over the weak hearted kirin that cross her way, namely Rein, the epitome of everything she hates: submissive, absurdly humble, never standing for herself. She idolizes and obsesses over Kuss, for he is the only one who has stood up and kicked her back to her place, his cold glare keeping her under restraint (and melting her in the process...). The day where she finds someone else to fawn over and they favor her destructive tendencies will be a bad day. A very bad day indeed...

Personality: Kokain's true personality is unknown, since the only one who witnessed it can't vouch for it. So, all that is known is that she's constantly high, and thus loafing around apparently aimlessly, with a silly smile on her face. Should someone try to depreive her from her freedom or hallucinogenic access, beware, for she becomes rather... unpredictable. Other than that, she's quite friendly, and can be found sometimes talking to two imaginary friends that she calls Hawky and Owly that she treats as very, very real...
Bio: Any attempt to inquire on who she is other than her name and her relation to Los will go frustrated beyond belief. Palla tried, really, and quit only after many frustrated attempts. She just arrived one day, delusional, distressed and beaten badly, followed by her sister and with three wisps in her tow. Since then, Kokain has been permanently tripping or, on those rare moments she's not, completely inaccessible to anyone but Los, unless they'd like risking serious maiming...

Personality: A level headed mute, though rather energetic. Los tends to stick with her sister, not because she is shy or anything, but because Kokain is always entertaining to watch, keeping Los' mind busy and not allowing it to roam elsewhere. Los sometimes has the distinct feeling that her Koko does so on purpose, making her smile at the thought.
Bio: Los arrived shortly after Kokain, having lost her sister momentariously on her mad meanderings, in the same miserable state as the Lovebird. Palla finds her mutism rather odd, as Los doesn't speak with her voice AND telepathically, making her suspect that something very wrong happened and traumatized both sisters. What it was, though... Well, Los surely isn't telling...

Personality: Golfino is a practical and pragmatic guy. Do the most without making anything twisted and strange, calmly, all at it's time. Of course, Dalphine tended to kind off get in his way of acting, so it's made him rather intolerant and somewhat harsh at times. Don't judge him wrong, Golfino loves his sister... she just... talks too much...
