I was listening to my favorite Radio Station, WSTW today and they had Pete Wentz on and that station is in the city right below my hometown. Anyways, Pete was saying that his Dad lives in Wilmington Delaware. He said he comes here a lot for Thanksgiving, and goes to the Charcoal Pit. (For those who don't know, that's popular restaurant.) And I was like WOAH. I checked in the phone book and there is a "Wentz, P" in Wilimington Delaware. I thought that was cool, cause I live in Delaware, and the only really famous person from Delaware is Joe Biden.
Isn't it a weird feeling when you're proud to have your hometown associated with someone/thing cool? Ludo's guitarist wrote a song about my hometown when they broke down here once, and I geeked so hard the first time I heard it. I actually wrote "Topeka" on my knuckles when I went to see them last month; the singer was amused as hell. sweatdrop
