On to the real topic at hand.
Kuro needs some tips on getting over insomnia... @@
I've been staying up and staying up later and later as you can tell... And it isn't good. x.x Also I still wake up at the same time of day, so I am also losing sleep as well. Help!! gonk

stay up for as long as you can past 24 hours and then pass out hard

Ride it out, sweety.

Insomnia usually has no cure short of wearing yourself out. Play a game or do an activity you know will tire you out, and wait for the results.

NEVER, EVER TRY TO MEDICATE IT AWAY. OR TAKE CAFFEINE. Neither one is good for you.

You should stay up all night and the next night you would sleep like a rock =D That's how I get rid of insomnia xD

Madness? This is SPARTA!!!!!! (I'm surprised that I was the first one to say this)

Well, anyways, I have no advice on the insomnia problem. It usually takes me until 11:00 for me to even lay down and another two hours to fall asleep.

1) Cuddle up in bed with a Good book
2) Use Music to help you fall asleep
3) Go out for a drive for a bit, as soon as you start feeling tired, head home.
4) Glass of Milk
5) Have yourself some you time.

set a time of when you really want to sleep, like, lets say 12.
Spend at least an hour before hand doing practically nothing, don't play vidya games, or nuffin. Maybe reading is good... but don't do anything to stimulate your brain. Calm music is good.

Well those are great tips and all, and I have tried them.. But new problems arise. Can't stay asleep XD End up waking up at like 3 to 5 hour increments.

And props to the LIGHTPIE for calling out sparta XD

^^;; I have kind of the same problem. Sometimes I just force myself to go to bed. @_@;; Even if I end up just lying there for an hour before actually falling asleep...

In truth I have no advice to give as I have no problem falling asleep at least before 11. After that I feel unusually hyper sometimes. Sometimes I don't and am ready to fall asleep anywhere.

I dont have any tips for curing sleep insomnia that hasen't already been said.. >.<
