Photoshop CS4

I'm currently content with my CS2 since CS3 was a waste of space on my computer with how little they changed it. Well atleast it didn't seem any different to me, but this thread is about CS4. Do you think it's basically the same or do you think it's different?

I've currently run into some Photoshop CS4 links so to say where it says it is downloadable, but to be honest I didn't know it was out.

I have a microsoft laptop and everyone that has CS3 or CS4 has the apple computer, so I cant download anything. Also, if I wanted to buy the program, I wouldnt have the money. crying
