I've taken library books out for the xmas holidays, but one's overdue and now I'm getting fined 25p a day.
it might not sound a lot, but it's adding up, and there's NO WAY i can get bac to god-damned hull to hand the bloody book in stressed
so it'll cost me a frickkin fortune whe i get back in a few weeks.
And it's not only that, but i'm teh kind of person who get's flipping guilty at the slightest rule brekiang like this.
it was an accident, but my fault I suppose.
But i seriously won't be able to sleep. It'll bug me.
and it's almost a 2 hour drive to get to F&^*%&^&U^(&& Hull.

Not looking forwrads to telling my parents - cos i've inheirted the worry-wort gene from my mum-haha
The worse thing si that I even left my studnet rail card at uni, so if i end up buying a train ticket to get there I don't get a discounted fare *facepalm*
seriously.

I don't know the exchange rate but pence aren't euros. I believe you're thinking euros, Funem. Pence are kind of like our pennies, atleast that's what my friend who visited England told me.

So if it's about 25cents a day then that'll add up quick.


And I didn't even know you were allowed to check out 200 books at a time Spike! eek

If you don't get those turned in you'll probably top my best fine. I have yet to actually meet someone who has. It's the reason I don't go to libraries anymore. I'm terrible at remembering to bring books back.

Good news!
I emailed the library about it, since I'd had a problem trying to renew online before. They were really nice about it and the lady there said that she'd re-renew my book for me without the fine.

so it's renewed and now in for the 5th of January biggrin

i dunno de limit 2 1 card..but yea dey arent all checked out in my card nor r dey my books yet im responsible tt (thankfully ders a online renewal thing but curses dos who have em on hold hence u cannot renew dem tt) i dun go 2 de library often myself either : D who wud when ders a free home delivery option? : D
