Sneak up behind her and unload a clip of an auto shotgun.

If you're lucky, you'll get a headshot, if not, you'll have killed her anyway.

I'm looking for 3 other people to set up a time with me to play on expert and beat a campaign.

I always have people play with me until about the end, then they go to bed or something and leave me hanging.

I'd really love to get that achievement and the one for beating all 4 campaigns on expert.

You go to the back of the witch as close as you can WITH A SHOTGUN and when she's on her feet you aim at the head and shoot that's how i got it

cr0wnd achievement here is how I got it

I played the directors comentary on extras go to extras and select directors comentary and then play the 3rd level the sewer and when you reach the hospital that has a safe room that leads to level 4 and when you see a yellowish-orange box with a quote around it click on it and if you look near the ambalance you should see the witch get an auto-shot gun (regular shot which ever) and try she wont attack you then keep trying until you automatically kill her ever single time you shot at her

Tips: crouch and walk right in front of her she will look straight at you then just shot her in the face/neck and keep trying this until every time you shot you hit her in the head/face/neck (that means keep clicking the box thing I told you about only found in directors comentary) if you keep doing this you should improve on headshots then play the real thing

I played the last level in no mercy and then I found a witch while going up the stairs I turned and saw her crouched right beside her and shot her right in the face and got the achievement

(good luck)

(the only time she will attack is if you use a hunting rifle on her then she will attack)
