If you decide to join the Navy and they offer you to go Nuke, SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT IT. It's the 2nd hardest school in the US... for a reason... OMG... Currently, I'm in the school building for 19 hours a DAY mandatory... on a lucky day... When I get home, I want to do nothing but sleep cause I'm so exhausted, and this goes on for 6 months in power school. A-School is stressful too, but you don't feel the brunt of the pain until Power School. They seriously test your will and patience here. I've been in P school for only 5 weeks, and I already feel myself going absolutely insane from it. ... I hate my life right now. xp When I get through it, yeah... I'll be set for life financially... Pretty much... Nuclear Power is awesome, but goddamn is it difficult. The material isn't difficult, it's just how much they give you at once. Take 2 month long amount of material from any college class and try to memorize it in a week, and then take an exam on it. You'd better know it all backwards and forwards, or you'll fail it... and that means extra study hours in the building, BEQs (you go talk to the intructor and teach THEM the material... and you have to get your paperwork signed on it, or you get Extra Military Instruction...), Instructor assists... all mandatory... OMG, it's intense guys. WHOOOOOO!!!
... I hate my life right now. mad p
