I can claim I'm gonna try and lose weight and get back into shape, but then I eat a piece of chocolate crying
I plan on walking again when the weather warms up... and I've got a ton of workout videos SOMEWHERE in my house...
May I suggest, if your using a scale to check your weight, to get one of those electrical ones... They're way more accurate than others. Here's the story: I got one of those cheaper ones that's not electric, and it told me I was over 350 pounds, and it's been telling me that for 3 years... My doctor's office has one of those older models and it says I'm over 350 as well. My friend has an electric one, and when I checked my weight on that... I HAVEN'T EVEN HIT 300 POUNDS YET!!!!!!!
So, in a way, yay, but in another way, after all this time thinking I was eating way too much, and that I'd never get below 350... only trust electric scales!!!!!

Moonlight_HuangHou Arch Angel Neko lotsa veggies, try fruit juice instead of big meals.. and just eat a little when you do get hungry.. 4laugh try having regular exrcise sessions.. smile *points at the above points* "Lotsa Veggies"? Ewwwwww! >_< lol Although it is healthy for you and you need to eat it once in a while. 3nodding But I try to avoid. XD
@Dornkus Depression can make you lose a lot of weight. sad Hope you're feeling better now!
lols.. vegetables can be tasty too if the one fixing (cooking) it knows how to cook well plus if you haven't noticed meat products only taste good after they've been garnished with spices, spices which are actually extracted from vegetables.. ^_^ oh yeah.. try fruit shakes.. they're good *thumbs up* 3nodding
