ZOMG! question - how do you complete recipies?

I was looking at the recipies I have and for a couple low items I have enough stuff to make them, but how do I do it? Is there somewhere I can go?

I got around to trying ZOMG. It's not bad but b/c of how slow it is to move around I don't play it too much. crying

Its a quick way to make money buy the scar recipies and make the items they go for like 10,000 and its cheaper to either buy or get the ingreants from zOMG.
