If you are not attracted to either gender, it may just not be the right time or people for you. I would suggest not worrying about it and let time decide for you. My sister didn't click with people on a romantic basis until college.

If you aren't attracted to any sex, then that just means you haven't found interest yet. It takes time to know what you want. Everyone's body functions differently. Someone will come one day, and it won't be because of their gender, but because of their personality...it's either that or you have hormonial issues, and you should see a doctor. Truthfully. =)

No you aren't bisexual. It's just that you might not be totally sure what gender you like yet. So you are neutral. Or perhaps you aren't really into boys like most girls are yet. Everyone's body functions differently, and develops both mentally and physically in a diffent way.
