In English, everyone is obviously either male or female. A native English-speaker would probably not call anyone an "it" except to be silly or intending to offend, so it doesn't seem that Muslims would talk about their deity in such a casual way.
So, in the original Arabic Qur'an, is Allah obviously male, or are there gender-neutral descriptors available and used?

Hmm...if we say..wait, do you speak arabic?
If we say allah or elah (the same)
elah/ilah =masculine aliha=feminine
and, elah, is the same as allah....and they say, for example: "kala allahu ta'ala..." ("he said...") because kala=masculin kalat =feminine
So, it's a he! obviously... :'D

My parents and uncles say, he everyone does. And they also say that You MUST NOT say she to Allah.

Well... You must not say she... You have to say he. Ore just don't say anything, just say Allah wink
Soo instead of saying "Allah he knows everything" You can say "Allah knows everything."
But there is nothnig haram about saying he 3nodding
