friends have u watch the prayer mat sujud..if not u better look out for it at utube
if u wanna to know when we sujud we will get slimmer, but dont do it bcoz u wanted to get slim do it with ur sincerity. xp
headache also will dissappear when we sujud ,it is bcoz all the magnetic powers that comes from the electronic things we use will be flow to earth when we sujud towards the qiblah juz like earth it, this is bcoz baitullah is situated in the middle of the earth.. eek
so thats all i know..but there are many advantage we will get when we sujud..so let us always make ibadah to allah with sincerity..hope our faith to allah will become more n more.. cool

One more benefit in the akhira, there was a hadith, i cant remember the exact quote, but I will relate so of it to you, so when the people of hell go to hell, ALLAH will have mercy and tell Gibril (AS) to go pick out those muslims who use to pray and do good deeds from hell, Gibril AS will say how would I know which one to pick Ya ALLAH, ALLAH will say you can easily distinguish them from a bright mark on their forhead, (which is the sujud mark). Wasalam and ALLAH knows best.
