Anatomy takes awhile to perfect. Rather, a really long time. It takes a bunch from your drawing time, it goes as you develop. Studying anatomy helps a ton. I should try actually doing what you do since with me, as long as it seems right from all areas, upside down, etc, then I'm fine with it. Experimenting with different poses also heightens the anatomy development thing. Kyufu.

It's pretty nice to see someone also work on both realism and anime. I suggest, with the realism, to pay a bit more attention to detail and shadings. But, still, nice work. As for the anime images, all I can say is, continue with anatomy (even I'm working on that though XD )
