Haha... we give advice to people on how to deal with the issues they see in the work place. We give out publications about how to do business ethically, and try to change the culture of the organization into one that respects ethics.

I had to take an ethics training class at the nuke plant. Most of it was about what information I can legally share to who. Not, like, classified plant information or anything, but it's illegal for someone in the know to leak corporate information to one electricity buyer that would give them an unfair advantage over another buyer (e.g. "electricity rates will go down 5% next quarter"). If something like that was leaked, the only solution was to disclose it to everyone else ASAP. It made it harder that APS runs the nuke plant and APSES (APS Electric Services) is a subsidiary which is an energy buyer. Even though they're the same company, really, they're not allowed to pass certain pieces of corporate information, to avoid a monopoly suit.
