Or any vehicle with a number on it.

I see a lot of people using the center left turn lane for either direction, as a lane to go into to merge in.
Also, some moron pulled into the left turn lane about 5 or so left turns before the light she ended up going to.
So sure enough as soon as the opening to move into the left turn lane at the light came up she was still in the left turn lane, with her blinker on had to yield to that stupid b***h, I should have cut over and hit her, more than likely wouldn't have been my fault. Seeing as how she was in the wrong, but then I'd be late for class.

That's perfectly legal. I do it all the time. Both my driving school instructor and my parents have told me I could do it.

Yeaaaah, there's a 1000 foot limit of travel in the center lane, IIRC.
