Confutatis Maledictus

Hey all! Well as some of you may be aware, there was a quite successful game played in the Classical/Jazz/Blues forum. The procedure is simple, I will start the game off by asking a trivia question about classical music and the first person to answer correctly is rewarded with the privilege of posting the next question. This would continue as long as people continue asking and answering questions. So let's all test our classical music trivia knowledge and see how far we can take this! ^_^

my question is as follows.

What piece did Vladimir Horowitz play for his senior recital when he was 18 years old?

Good luck!

P.S. you are allowed to use any means at your disposal; you don't have to know the information off the top of your head (although if you do, good for you ^^)

Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto #3. That would have been for the graduation ceremony at the Moscow Conservitory.

Nope o: good guess though. For a hint, Horowitz said that this was the piece he played at his senior recital in an interview with him during the making of a documentary about him >.>

Is it one of these:
Bach/Busoni: Toccata, Adagio & Fugue in C major, BWV 564
Mozart: Gigue in G major, K.574
Beethoven: Sonata [Appassionata or Op.110 according to the old Horowitz's memory]
Schumann: Etudes Symphoniques, Op.13

Rachmaninoff: Sonata No.2 in B-flat minor, Op.36
Chopin: Fantasy in F minor, Op.49
Blumenfeld: Six Preludes from Op.17
Liszt: Reminiscences de Don Juan (after Mozart)
