To open the cheat console/window the same command is used as in Sims 2; Ctrl+Shift+C

Kaching > adds 1,000 simoleans.
Motherlode > adds 50,000 simoleans.
Moveobjects on/off > allows movement of normally unmovable objects.
constrainFloorElevation true/false > when false it allows terrain to be raised or lowered while objects still occupy the space.
testingCheatsEnabled true/false > true enables 'dedug mode'. Similar to debug mode in Sims 2 but less options. Shift click on objects and Sims to gain extra options.
buydebug on/off > Requires testingCheatsEnabled to be active to work. Enables the Debug catagory in the Buy menu to purchase items that are normally hidden in regular gameplay such as insect/fish/bug/seed spawners and unlockable items.
FreeRealEstate Lots are free.
hideHeadlineEffects on/off > when off, thought and speech balloons do not show.
disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on/off > when on, holding the Alt key stops objects snapping to grid squares.
fadeObjects on/off > if set to off, objects will not fade when the camera gets close to them.
resetSim (first name) (last name) > returns the named Sim to their home lot in a neutral state. Useful for if a Sim gets stuck performing an action.
unlockOutfits on/off > if turned on before entering CAS then career and NPC outifts are selectable to wear and design with CAST.
fps on/off > displays the current frame rate in the upper right corner.
fullscreen on/off > can also be altered in game options.
jokePlease > shows a random joke in the cheat window.
quit > closes the game.
slowMotionViz 0-8 > puts animations into slow motion. Game time runs as normal.
familyfunds (Familyname) # > allows you to alter family funds. Type in the amount you want them to have where the # is.
help > lists the above cheats.

Also add that when to type 'help" , all of those cheats will pop up in the cheat window, so if you are looking for it during the game it's there =]

And also, remember everyone IT DOES NOT MATTER IF A LETTER IS CAPITAL OR NOT, OR IF THERE ARE UNDERSCORES IN SPACES OR NOT!! If you don't believe me, try it out yourself! People are always saying "It has to be' MoveObjects_On' with the caps and underscores, or it will not work." THAT IS NOT TRUE! Again, try it out yourself! It can be 'moveobjects on' Same with all the other cheats, move objects was just an example.

Also, can anybody confirm 'imrollin' as a real cheat? I've not seen it listed on any official cheat lists and have no idea how much it is supposed to give.

The cheat 'buydebug' lets you buy spawnners (is that spelled right? It's the things that make fish and bugs and such.), rubble piles, dive wells, and those sorts of things in the game.

I've tested this cheat and it works.
