OK, I can't draw worth s**t but here's just an idea.
Obama, family and dog in the oval office, the dog just took a steaming dump on the floor and Obama is using the 2nd amendment to pick it up.
Good?

The Constitution is more effective.
EDIT: Obama is on the can and out of toilet paper. Same over all response to the issue.

Someone photoshopped the constitution onto each square of TP, and the Presidential Seal was visible in the picture somewhere.

I was looking in the 2ND Amendment front thing on Surplus rifle forum and the topic of dog s**t came up on the Morning show and my mind spun off from there.
