With everyone getting older and starting to find their nitch in the world he decided to take a break from the family and wander around himself. He didn't see the point in going far but he didn't see the point either in staying around home forever. He wouldn't ever be able to fully test himself if all he bothered with were his siblings and his parents.
He could at least wander a bit away from 'home' and see what sort of trouble he could get himself into. There was bound to be someone out there he could either pick a fight with or if he was lucky learn something from.
He needed a distracted anyway. Picking on birds was getting old.

As it happened, Niwasha'Hewa was readily available trouble. She'd just settled down after a successful hunt, carefully licking her paws clean. While she wasn't as obsessively fastidious as a certain other of her sisters, she did keep about as clean as living in a desert allowed. There was always bound to be sand somewhere.
Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the red of a young lion, but remained focused on her grooming.

He paused when he saw an adult that wasn't either of his parents laying in his walking path. Nose scrunching he huffed himself up slightly. "You're taking up the path you know."
He knew he should be nice to adults but how was he ever suppose to learn anything if the only ones he could pick fights with were his siblings? He wasn't a baby anymore either!
