I think it CAN NEVER compare to the anime, but I think I should give the movie a chance; you never know. The trailer looks pretty good actually... Although I wish they had an Asian cast. XD

they have already ruined dragonball by turning it into a live action movie, now they are trying to ruin avatar. How dare they, they are turning our anime into a joke.

I'm still looking forward to the movie. XD I'm such a big Avatar fan that I want to at least give it a chance.
I mean, the Death Note movies came out great, right?

But, I don't think it can ever compare to the anime.. . But it can still be good but not as good, right?

WHAT?!?! That's Jasper? I didn't know that. XD I hate Twilight... but I mainly hate the books. And the movies, therefore, but I don't hate the movies more than the books. Because the books came first. XD;; But ... wow. I did NOT know that!

Yes, Jasper is in it, and yes, he was terrible...
Just like everyone else in the film. Honestly, don't see it. It was a waste of 3-Dness and money, and it wasn't funny at all. The acting sucked, everyone was too dramatic (I mean, C'MON! The whole show revolves around comedy!), and no one's name is pronounced correctly. Plus, there's no giant fish monster god in the end. BORING.

it was a very good movie, but i think the acting was a bit cheezy. the action was great though, at least i thought. it still doesnt compare to the cartoons though.
but hey, it was M. Night Shyamalan's first movie like that, he normally just comes up with his own work. it wasnt that bad!

From watching the trailers, the action seemed pretty cool! I thought the bending looked really pretty... but I don't think it could ever compare to the cartoon.
