All of these names refer to two siblings, brother and sister, who hold the world, the very universe, in their icy hands. They are the the Blood Regality. Are they evil? Perhaps. That is for you to decide. Are they kind? At times. It depends on who you are. The brother, Masihiko Touta, has opposite opinions than that of his sister. He believes in an iron grip that tightens with every disobediance of the races of the world. He believes that violent governing works best. The Blood Prince is excited by gore and pain. His sister, Maya Touta, believes that governing along with people is best. She is a pacifist and will gladly share power with those who aren’t wealthy or of vampiric descent. She also has a hidden masochistic side to her being. Pain, when timed appropriately, amuses the Blood Princess. Her personality is overshadowed by the ever present traits of her power hungry brother.

Hag…Devil Worshipper…Heathen…Wizard…Warlock…WITCH.

These names refer to the select group of beings known simply as The Resistance. They are the very thorns that weaken the Blood Regality as they poke and prod at the Royals’ strongholds. Due to the will of Masihiko's iron grip and sadistic behaviour, The Resistance’s numbers are steadily increasing. Ember Cardonosky leads the rebellion behind closed doors and rarely shows her face. Her ever faithful servant, Ryoko Kisaragi leads the armed forces of The Resistance. Along with their comrades from every race all over the world, can they steal back the right to rule from the Blood Regality?

Choose sides wisely. The Blood Regality represents everything the Resistance hates. They are the epitome of a corrupt government and their use of torture is known far and wide within the boundaries of their ever expanding kingdom. The Resistance represents the downfall of power, conformity, and greedm but even they can be bribed. If the Blood Regality falls, anarchy may become the norm. They may not be able to control the lands the Blood Regality now possesses. Are they truly the right group to follow?

Bio: Masihiko Touta, The Blood Prince, was born 500 years ago to his father, Ichiro Touta, and his mother, Kimiko Touta. His mother died when he was very young. Kimiko had been giving birth to Masihiko's sister. He was raised by a compassionate father as well as a ruthless fighter. Masihiko based his political views solely upon that of his father's. who died 400 years ago. His final wish was that Masihiko and Maya would share the throne.

Bio: Maya Touta, the Blood Princess, was born as the younger sister of Masihiko. She never knew her mother, who died in childbirth. She was raised by her father, whom she loved very much, as well as some maids whose job was to care for Maya. Growing up, Maya became a very beautiful young lady, and her father was overprotective of her, basically not allowing her to roam outside of her home. He told her some horrific stories of battle and war that frightened poor Maya greatly. Because of this, she became a pacifist, refusing to fight or harm others. She was terrified of how sinful she would be if she killed another person. After her father's death, she was depressed for many years, and although she "recovered," she still had her masochistic side.

Personality: compassionate, open-minded, peaceful but strong-minded, masochistic, and prone to depression

Powers: Teleportation, night vision, natural charm, very fast speed, able to create a force-field shield

Regality, Resistance, Undecided: Undecided -- she's Regality, but does not have much power over her brother, and so, is tempted to switch to Resistance. But, as of now, she's undecided - namely, on a whole other side, a side called "peace."

Misc. Maya sucks human blood, since it is necessary for her survival, but never sucks enough blood to kill or injure a human. She does not need to drink any water or eat any food; blood is all she needs.

Bio: Isaac is a captain in the Blood Regality forces. His own battalion is actually one of the highest ranking battalions as far as ability goes. Being the leader of a multiracial battalion is very difficult, having to prove himself to his own troops over and over again. Most hate being led by a human, especially one so young.

Personality: Isaac is normally calm and poised, though his disposition is a little more sunny than others, especially those close to his position or higher. He is loyal to the Regality, but doesn’t completely agree with its methods.

Bio: Ryoko leads the fights in the Resistance while Ember leads the entire organization behind a veil of mystery. She joined the Resistance after the death of Masihiko's father. Whenever Ember leaves her hideout, Ryoko will be by her side protecting her as a body guard unless she is already in a fight. She has an extreme hatred for the corruption of the Regality and will do anything to destroy it.

Personality: Fiercly loyal to Ember, determined, brutal in battle, trustowrthy as long as you're in the Resistance

Misc. Ryoko will not hesitate to kill children if they stand between her and her enemy. A thing nobody in the Resistance knows about her is that she used to be a body guard for Masihiko's father. She left the ranks of his army after Masihiko and Maya inherited the throne. She someimtes isn't sure if the Resistance is any better than the Regality.

Bio: After living for the time that he has, Borouk has seen many things, though the one thing that he could never get over was the pure disregard for life than the actions of the Blood Regality. Borouk was thoroughly unimpressed, and unhappy. Several of the villages he had come to know and love had been destroyed.

Though young for an elemental, Borouk certainly is not to be out done.

Personality: Borouk has had time to mellow out when compared to others’ age. Though this doesn’t mean he is mellow. Borouk is loud and impulsive with a side of far too bold. He is wild, and he is cocky due to his race’s more natural abilities.

Powers: Control over most of the elements, ages slowly, resistant to natural poisons and diseases.

She believes that everyone has their own colored thread in th quilt of her life, and she claims to see the threads of a person judging on their character, because in a way, she can. She has an ability to feel a person's character by being around them. She also looks very young for her age, which she isn't very proud of, but takes advantage of to keep acting like a child.

Personality: Loud-mouthed, happy-go-lucky, cheerful, scared at little things, like someone saying boo, and a bit of a prankster.

Powers: Able to command nature, such as animals and plants, to do her bidding. The ability to speak to animals.

Masihiko watched the prisoner squirm with morbid amusement. A twisted sneer poisoned his features as he approached the man that was immobile because of the cuffs and shackles. He had a nasty looking whip in his pale hand. Masihiko raised his arm and harshly brought the whip down upon the man's back. The prisoner bit his lip and refused to cry out. Masihiko grinned when he detected the tangy, unmistakable scent of blood in the air and saw it ooze from the man's back.

"Where is the Resistance head quarters? When are they planning to attack next?" He asked, lashing the whip with each question.

"I don't know!" The man cried out. "I don't know." He yelled out when the prince whipped him again. He walked up to the man then stood on his back and sank down. He was satisfied when he heard the man gasping as his boots pressed upon the fresh marks on the man's back. "Tell me." He hissed lowly while fisting a hand in the man's hair and yanking his head back. Masihiko narrowed his eyes at the man's silence. "I will kill you and your entire family if you don't tell me what you know." He snarled seriously.

"They-they sent posioned wine as a birthday gift and they plan to infiltrate the celebratory ball." The man admitted. The prince turned 501 in three days and it was a well known fact that he enjoyed and often consumed wine. He usually didn't go overboard unless it was a celebration.

Masihiko smirked then roughly sank his fangs into the man's exposed neck, making sure that he tore as much skin as he could in the process. The man made a gurgling sound in the back of his throat as Masihiko continued to drink from him. He drank from the prisoner until the man was nearly dead then pulled away and repeatedly smashed the man's head to the floor until he was certain the prisoner was dead. Masihiko's shirt and face were flecked with blood. He stepped off of the man's back then walked to the doorway, leaving a trail of crimson boot prints behind him. He wiped off the bottom of his shoes then walked out of the grotesque room towards the bathroom so he could shower.

Ryoko Kisaragi was in a room in the above ground portion of the Resistance headquarters training with a bag hanging from the ceiling. She rapidly punched the bag and smirked when she heard the chain rattling. She began to throw a feww kicks in for ggod measure and smiled again when she felt her foot hit the chain. She kept it up for another ten minutes before she took a short break. She walked into the kitchen to get a bottle of water and wondered if anyone else was up. She would like to train with a real person this time.

Maya sighed, sitting up at her dresser. She just woke up, and was currently brushing her long, black tresses. She stretched, and yawned, blinking her pretty eyes to wipe away the sleep that was dripping around her.

Maya got up from her chair, and looked out her window, through her sheer curtains. It looked like a gloomy, cloudy day. It had been cloudy for a while. She sadly closed her eyes. She felt a wave of melancholy feelings wash over her. She struggled to maintain her self control. Maya couldn't help it, but she brought her right hand up near her lips, and sunk her fangs into her own wrist. Her red blood dripped down her arm as she sucked the blood. It tasted horrible. Sour and metallic, and it had a putrid scent. She needed human blood, not her own blood. She winced as the pain started.

Maya then meekly licked her wrist and arm, appearing much like a cat. She licked her arm and wrist bite until the blood stopped flowing. Her skin healed pretty quickly, and now, all that was left of her bite mark were two scars. These two scars hardly ever disappeared, since she bit her wrist regularly.

Maya sighed; she was really skinny, and she really did need some human blood. She exited her room, approaching the dining hall.

Masihiko's boots made a light tapping noise as he continued to walk through the dimly lit corridors of the castle. He kept the lights as low as possible because they hurt his eyes if they were too bright. THis was also the main reason he avoided sunlight whenever possible. Masihiko had a grin on his face because he was satisfied with the information he learned. The man's blood hadn't been that repulsive either,but he still wanted more.

He noticed Maya walking toward the dining hall then sighed and ran a hand through his raven hair, inadvertently streaking it with blood. He walked up to her, standing in her path. "Don't drink the new wine." He warned then continued on his way. Usually, Masihiko wouldn't bother with the welfare of his sister, but poison was obviously life threatening and he promised his father that he wouldn't let her die if he could help it. His father was the one person that Masihiko would always obey and keep his promises with.

On his way to the bath, Masihiko told a servant to bring him clean clothing and told another to wait by his room. He planned on devouring the servant after his bath and she knew that. Her knowledge was made obvious by the solemn way she walked back down the corridor. Masihiko always killed his meals. There were no exceptions.
