I say it's harder to navigate around now than what it was. Sure this takes up less room, kind of, but to go for guilds you can't simply go down the Community button like you used to. Threads you are subscribed to is in the shortcuts, which if you ask me it's where it needed to be in the first place.
I think my main complaint is how much harder it is to get to your guild. I think other than that...it's okay. I go with the flow for the most part.

I find the lack of quicklinks disturbing.
Yeah, getting to the guild, and to my forum posts is now harder, but it looks okay overall. *Punts Gaia* Make up your mind already.

I didn't mind the purple. This is a little harder for me to navigate...The guilds & posts & such. Ah well...Nothing we complain about will change thier minds...Too many n00bs & not newbs running around the feedback areas to let others be heard.

I wont even try with the blue one.
If you use Firefox, go to tektek.org and you can download the Gaia toolbar. Navigating is uber easy on that thing. >__>

It is indeed harder to navigate to guilds with the new system. And I don't like the 'My Gaia' thing either. If a descriptive post comes down, it blocks everything under it & you can't navigate. stare

Over time, it'll be fine.
I think my negative reaction to the new setup is just expected.
"It's different than before."
"I can't stand change!"
I had the same reaction the last time it changed and the time before that.
But once you mess around with it for awhile, it's not so bad.

Quicklinks have been moved to bottom of the screen or the shortcuts tab up top. o.o Found that out after a bit x3
