It's amazing. It's been over 20 years since Full Metal Jacket and it doesn't seem like he has aged that much. surprised
Anyway it was a good episode to kick off the series. I can't wait till they get around to artillery.

Desert_Fox_Rommel It's amazing. It's been over 20 years since Full Metal Jacket and it doesn't seem like he has aged that much. surprised Anyway it was a good episode to kick off the series. I can't wait till they get around to artillery. The second episode? Wait, you didn't see it?

Well according to what I had heard in this thread this episode (machine guns) is the first episode of the series. I have no idea what will come next, but I figure somewhere down the road artillery has to come into play.

Well, I guess I missed the machineguns one, but I saw the one about artillery.
Pretty sweet, but they didn't have anything about the 105.

D: The one thing that seemed off to me was the thompson/MP40 contest. He tried to write a G for Gunny with the tommy gun and it was a mess. He then tried writing one with an MP40 which is supposed to be more accurate and manageable and he did even worse. With as much trigger time as he has had in his life I feel like he probably botched that on purpose.
