Not quite what you were thinking, but still an intriguing design and action. It IS a double-barrel pump action, just not what you would expect or want it to be. That, and it's less-lethal. Though that would be an AWESOME design with real rounds.

"There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no ignorance, there is knowledge."
Hm.
Looks cuddly.
But it's a good design. Looks like it anyway.

Can't say I like the idea of another proprietary gun design that does little to advance security in a realistic way. Two shots? Not my idea of a good crowd control weapon.
But that guy's blog is a gold mine of nice posts. Try this one on for facepalmworthyness!

I can't really see where that's much better than a traditional double barrel.

They make double barrel bolt actions, so why not?

Well if you modified it with a top side ejection port, some sort of deflector and a stick magazine with those double shells we might be getting somewhere.

OO23OO They make double barrel bolt actions, so why not? Holy s**t, that'd be an awesome gun... over/under bolt action rifle and pump-action shotgun. The hard part would be the magazine on the rifle.

Pretty cool. Straight-pull, as are all Blaser R93 models.
Back on topic, though, shotguns aren't really high pressured, so I could see OP's link being upscaled into a shotgun.
