Asalam Alaykum...
Somethimes it feels hard to sleep... i usually lay like 3 hours in bed beffore sleeping.
The problem is i kinda all the time when i close my eyes got a fear, if someone is at the balcony trying to shoot me then i open eyes and look.
then i look around and sleep again...
then i get the fear if there is a jinn walking around if i hear a li'l voice, even if it's the wind. Then i look around again... and again and again......
When i was li'l it was opposite. I closed my eyes and tryed to sleep, and locked my bed totally.
And if i looked around in my bedroom, i could see people (scary people) going around. (i think it was my fantasy, or else it was jinns lol )
i also once saw the qur'an flying in my bedroom, and all the scary people got away. the qur'an kinda grapped them...
after that, those guys were off.
Once i remmeber i pointed at stuff, and said "LOOK, CAN'T U SEE HIM???" and my dad was like "NO ZAki, there is nothing there" i only felt safe sleeping on my parrents room.
well...
i hope i diden't make it complicated wink
I wanna know how to feel more safe, and deny those thoughts i keep getting?
but still... what shall i do to feel safe while sleeping???

O My Friend, Its all In your Mind.
Allah (swt) The Creator of Fear, is the only one who can bring you Fear! and Take it Away From you! Do not fear, People, Djins.
Fear Allah (swt)... its normal u get afraid sometimes in Bed, or when the lights are out,... Think about Allah (swt) reach to Him for He is the one who will give you Protection,
Say; Ahoedibillah Inashaytan Iradhiem , when you think u have evil company,
even when you face a Djin! in his deadly eyes!... Do not Fear!, Think about Allah (swt)! recitate the Koran! Open Your Heart for Allah (swt)! Close it for the Bad, and Remember, when you have fear its easy for Djins to get to you!.. While when u do not fear, they cant get to you. and they will go away.
And If someone gets on your Balcony with a gun and he want to kill you.. do not fear, protect yourself. DO NOT FEAR, because when u time has come to die... Its your time, you cant do anything about it.. why would you fear ?... Fear Allah (swt) and Pray, and Grow ur Imaam and ask Allah (swt) to protect u from evil

Place your trust in Allah (swt) and ask for protection. And of course make sure your house is safe =)
What you can do is recite ruqyah, for healing and protection, as the Prophet (saw) used to do as well.
I don't know if you are familiar with it, so cup your hands and recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah An-Nas and Surah Al-Falaq into them. Then blow into your hands three times and rub your hands over your body.
Do this as often as you want or feel is necessary, you might start yawning at some point. Insha'Allah it will make you feel calm and at peace afterwards.
May Allah protect you and keep you safe from harm, ameen

Ah, I'm sorry ^^; I wasn't aware you may not know them. These are the last three Surahs in the Qur'an. If you don't know them, I believe the Prophet (saw) approved of a companion or friend of his reciting surah Al-Fatiha instead. And Allah understands all languages, so you can ask for his protection in any language you want and say Audhu billahi min ash-shaitanir rajeem. Also, here is a lovely website for learning some surahs! http://www.mounthira.com/Wassalam =)

I am sorry and can relate.
Before I fall asleep sometimes I am scared like you are, to make it go away I do something relaxing like play a nice video game like super mario.
Do something that makes your mind at ease, I get night terrors and pray at times so that they go away.
You need more sleep or you will be sick, ~peace zaki.

Recite the Zikrullah until you're asleep because it always helps when you are watched and protected by Allah SWT. And always say your shahadah before sleeping thus if you are gunned in bed, you die as a muslim. There are also another way where you have to recite the ayat Kursi where you can see that it is a part of Surah Al-Baqarah. This is the most effective way that will help to prevent any disturbance from jins and the devil laknatullah. Surah Al-Baqarah (ayat Kursi) Also if you would like to read a Surah before sleeping for a strong safer sleep, I suggest you read surah Al-Jinn before bed. Here's the link.

I had the same problem, but I was taught not to fear them. Only fear Allah! If you have faith in Allah, they can not touch you. Sure they may look scary but what are they going to do besides taunt you ? I am not afraid of Jinns at all, I don't find Jinns scary at all. Here is a true story. One time I at night when everyone was asleep. A jinn came to me, it wasn't that far away from my bed... it was probably 2ft. away from my bed. it was all white, I couldn't make out the feature of what it was exactly, because I just woke up. I could literally sense that it wasn't from good, because I could feel that it wasn't good. My grandmother died around this time. This Jinn came to me when it thought that I was vulnerable, I am telling you that they will come when you are vulnerable. At first I was shocked not scared... I just stared right at never taking my eyes off of it. Sure I could've scream but I wasn't going to do that. I just kept telling me that this spirit could not harm me, and that I know that Allah would protect me. I closed them and opened them again... when I opened them again it was gone. This wasn't the last time that I've seen a jinn. But what I am saying is not to be afraid of them, appearance is one thing. But if you call on the will of Allah, they have nothing.
