Sultan Aali of the Ukuucha'Wafalme was not an overly proud male, yet he liked to think himself possessing some of the greater traits of his lineage. He liked to think that like his forefathers he could tame any female for his harem. He liked to think that he was wildly virile and capable of siring a great brood of strong healthy cubs. And he liked to think that he was more then capable of ruling his pride. Yet even he had to look at the facts...painful as they might seem to him at the moment.

His first ever Kajira had been killed during an attempted escape, he had to ask his second female to follow him of her own free will which was hardly a capture at all. True that the Raid had been a huge success leading to three new females in his harem, luckily docile and willing to try and accept the pride. Yet just a few days past he had escorted a unique female away from the pride simply for lacking the guts to force her into their world.

And then there was Aysel, his dear Sultana...she had been his since he had just reached the cusp of adulthood and still not a single cub occupied their den! He was starting to worry, maybe something was wrong with him?
And finally he knew that some probably viewed the raid as a brash action, and even he had to admit it was unorganized and quick, but it had been exactly what the pride needed. Now he hoped that things could resume their intended pace, what they needed was a way to show their females how to behave properly. How to be radiant, but delicate and memorize the rules of etiquette, be demure, sweet and pure...feminine. He sighed as he walked along the edge of the lake stopping at the edge of the territory.

User Image Satomi hadn't a clue where she was but then it didn't really bother her too much either. She was after all a god and though she lacked some of the awesome traits of gods, like her wings, she still felt above the others. Mortals. They were strange and she had mixed views on them. Some seemed okay and some not so much. There were also different types of mortals these leopard and cheetah things. It was all very strange.

She wasn't one to be too bothered though, she happily lived wandering from place to place meeting all these new mortals, learning a bit about them and then moving on again. It was life, it was her, it was, well normal.

So today she was here though she hadn't a clue where here was. It was enough for her, she could settle down and be happy for a while. She needed a rest anyway.

Aali blinked as he spotted a distant figure, for a moment his eyes narrowed and his body tensed thinking it was a male. But then the delicate figure moved closer and he could see that she didn't have so much a mane as lush long fur in soft curls at her head. Well now that was new, he tilted his head and crouched down to keep from being spotted right away. A female...and she looked to be all alone.

Should he try and capture her out here? Or lure her back to his den and keep her there? Or would he just allow her to slip past...like a fool. No, he wasn't a fool and he was going to take this female in weather she liked it or not! At least that was what he tried to tell himself.

She was getting closer now possibly heading towards the lake to drink. She seemed to fragile for him to just pounce on...he would need to try something else to convince her to stay...and then he would resort to that most disliked of is options, force.

She didn't see him and she wasn't alert enough to hear or smell him. She wasn't really concentrating and as she had no reason to fear any land that she walked on. She flicked her tail behind her and continued to walk on, her body moved beautifully.

She raised her head to sniff the air taking in all the delights of the grass, the skys and the other animals near by, none of which she was interested by. She smelt lions but she wasn't in the mood to stop and have a discussion and so she kept moving, a smile on her maw. Oh how good she felt. She was happy and free.

Aali tried to put on a firm face, she was beautiful but that was hardly any reason to smile at her. She had to see that he was serious or she would think she could just waltz away. He moved quickly to intercept her standing in her path and for once quite happy for his sometimes intimidating size.

"Halt!" He commanded his voice toned more towards seriousness then the gentle rumble he normally used.

"Where is your pad?" Of course he knew she didn't have a pad and probably didn't even know what a pad was. Which should make sweeping her off her lovely paws even easier...he hoped.

She looked at the lion as he moved in front of her and wondered why an earth he was being so rude. She just looked at him in a rather large state of confusion. What was a pad? She hadn't the slightest idea, it didn't really make much sense, at least not to her anyway.

"Excuse me?" She asked in her soft gentle voice. She was a delicate thing and it was obvious from the way she walked and the way she spoke. She looked at the male and smiled, he looked like a male should and he had the air of command around him, something else she deemed right. She got so annoyed with all these gender confused mammals that it was nice to see a male being male even if he was rude.

"I'm afraid your trespassing upon the lands of the Ukuucha'Wafalme...my lands." He added softly his tone still not quite softening, his eyes remained shards of ice their blue hue refusing the warm just yet. Her voice almost made him smile though, it was so soft, so sweet, like a gentle caress.

"Females here are to be escorted by their male at all times, unless they are with the rest of the harem...their sisters sort to speak." He added by way of explination.

"Oh I am sorry, if you would like me to leave I can." She smiled as she spoke and then continued to listen. Harems? Well that was something different for sure. She wouldn't mind sticking around to find that out, see what was happening but then if she wasn't welcome she would quite happily move on.

Females escorted by males? Well that was different she really hadn't come across anything like this before. Sisters? She was interested in the pride there was no doubt about that. She wasn't sure whether or not she would be staying or leaving though, it depended on whether he wouldn't mind a visitor. She wouldn't hang about for long as she never stayed in one place for too long.

Slowly his tone gentled but still he watched her warrily as if expecting her to bolt at his next words. "Females who are found on our lands do not leave, they are claimed as is proper by a male who can care for them." There he had explained it, that wasn't so hard now was it?

The question was would this female resist their ways, or learn them? Would he have to try and pin her down, or would she follow him as willingly as his Sultana had? She looked so soft and sweet and innocent, in need of protection, and that voice...would that all females had such dulcet tones.

Do not leave? Well she was a goddess no one would pin her down unless she wanted to but at the same time the pride had her curiosity and that was enough to make her want to stay. For a time at least.

"So does that mean you would care for me?" She wanted to add on or are you a proper male but she wasn't sure it would go down too well. So she just stood there wondering what this meant and what kind of pride she had walked in on.

"As you are currently unclaimed, yes I should like to welcome you into my harem and care for you, ensure you are protected. Those females willing to join, to learn the prides ways and act respectfully and appropriately are cherished Banu. Those who are rebellious and inappropriate are Kajira." His tone was softer now, a gentle explanation instead of the harsh warning note that had been there before.

"Where do you hail from?" Aali looked at her curiously wondering how such a female could have travelled alone so far, after all the pride was rather isolated.

Satomi nodded understanding what it was he was saying. This was a strange pride but she had never been part of one before and as she was no bigger then an average female it meant she was often mistaken for being what she was not, a mortal. So his question didn't surprise her.

"I am from here and there." Was her answer. If he believed her to be mortal then that was how it would stay, for now at least. She could have some fun here, maybe even fit in a little too well.

"You might learn to call this place home?" He moved closer now less wary that she would bolt. She didn't look as if she were afraid of him, which was as good a sign as he was likely to get.

"What is your name?" Aali was most curious what her name was, probably something soft and gentle sounding. She certainly looked soft, and sounded very gentle. He wondered curiously wether her long tresses felt more like soft underfur or thicker and more lush like a tail or mane? She evoked so many curious responses all at once and a sense of exploration from within.

"For a while maybe." She flicked her tail behind her and smiled at him.

"My name is Satomi." She said her name in her soft gentle voice, a large smile on her maw. She saw no issues with following him, after all who could hurt her? She smiled at herself and flicked her tail again. Her eyes never left his body.

"Satomi...thats a very pretty name." He smiled at her now his muscles slowly relaxing even as his body moved closer towards her as if shielding her from even a breeze. "I am Aali, Sultan Aali." He added including his title, maybe he was too soft with females it was no wonder they thought they could just walk away from him. Tariq was a master when it came to difficult captures perhaps he should leave such tasks to those best suited. Still there was a certain sense of pride despite how she seemed to view her stay as a mere visit.

"Would you care to come for a walk? Maybe I can show you around, offer you a drink at our lovely lake?" He kept his eyes on her, there was a strange sensation that she was flighty and despite how petite and delicate she appeared he recalled with humiliating clarity how the strange winged female had once vanished from his very grasp. Was this female then as strange as the other, a mystery visitor to the pride, come to taunt him?
