Viendo y considerando que si hay algunos que toman café -me incluyo- vamos a debatir sobre esto!

Se considera a la cafeía como un vasodilatador que permite inhibir tics de los parpados (movimientos involuntarios de los musculos) pero esto es con un consumo mayor a los 200mg diarios o . o

Ñaamm Es bueno para conbatir cefaleas! ^O^

Pero no hay que abusar del café, es un agente irritante =S no le hace bien al tubo digestivo...

Me encanta beber café. x] Pero yo no bebo café mucho. Me gusta ir a Starbucks de vez en cuando :3 Me gusta beber el chocolate caliente en vez de café.

Nunca he sido afecta a su sabor, hasta hace poco. Normalmente tomo un Latte Vainilla. La ultima vez que tome uno...era un cappuccino. Tenia examen final de Calculo Diferencial e integral, y no habia dormido nada la noche anterior. Asi que era necesario tomar algo para no dormirme. Me iba a comprar un Latte, pero inconscientemente pedi un cappuccino sweatdrop (estaba bien cansada D: ), pero normalmente las cappuccinos no son cargados. Bueno, este estaba casi al doble o al triple de uno normal, y pues me to tomé.
En el examen, estaba temblando, asi literalmente. Me dio un shock de cafeina y me sentia fatal D:. Afortunadamente, saque 9 en el examen, pero los temblores no se me quitaron hasta el dia siguiente. Asi que no soy muy fan del cafe, en especial ahorita.

I've never been a coffee fan, just a bit, recently. Normally, I would drink a Latte Vanilla. The last time I drank coffee...it was acappuccino. I had my final "Diferencial and Integral Calculus" test, & I didn't sleep at all the night before. So, it was necessary to drink something to keep me awake. I was just about to ask for a Latte, but unconsciously I ordered a cappuccino (I was really tired D: ) but normally, cappuccinos doesn't have lots of caffeine. Well, this one had at least, 2 or 3 times the ammount of coffee, so I drank it.
At the exam, I was shivering, litteraly. I got a caffeine shock and felt awful D:. Luckily, I got an A on my exam, but the shivering ended until the next day. in conclusion, I'm not a coffee fan, specially now.
