Halloween Guild Events (Let's plan!)

Hey everyone! Please sign the form out and give your opinions or what you'd like the guild to do for Halloween!!

Guild Outing:
We'll have a guild outing over in ZOMG or Gaia towns or both actually if we can! First though we'll have to figure out when everyone's on. Since everyone's in different time zones it'll make it harder but let's figure it out!

I'm planning a guild party maybe for a week. Halloween is on Oct 31st. So we can start Sun Oct 25-Oct 31 (?).
What are some ideas for contests or games for that week? Anyone have any other Halloween events in mind or anything you'd like to do in the guild anytime in Oct?

GMT+08:00- Everyday (Weekdays would be late noon to night. Sat would be late night. Sun is whole day)
GMT - Everyday (sometimes after 7pm) free anytime on mondays, fridays and the weekends. though not nighttime on sundays and mondays
Central- Late night or day during weekend (THURS FRI SAT SUN )
eastern - almost anytime (any except Thursdays are usually best)

After looking over that info I gathered this:
Eastern - 6:26pm

Pacific 3:26pm (back 3 hours)

GMT 8:00plus- 6:26AM

GMT- 10:26pm (4 hours ahead)

CENTRAL - 5:26pm (1 hour behind)

What day's you can go on Gaia: Week days are best for me, actually. My weekends I'm usually not on the computer much except for short amounts of time to check things.

What would you like to do for Halloween as a Guild Event?
I think a towns outing sounds fun. I'd just need to make sure it works on my computer first. It didn't work when I had IE and I haven't checked since.

I think we should have some Halloween themed contests, Autumn avatar, best costume, ect.

I think having it for a week long is a great idea.

how about an avatar dress up contest? so for that week your av wears its haloween costume and we vote (or have a judge) decide which is the best one? Prizes will be given, blah blah blah.

Art contests/photomanip contests?

Interactive ongoing scary story? Scary story competition?


We coudl even hav e a 'trick or treat' run as a promotion for the guild. where we 'trick or treat' otehr ppl/gaia forums with banners etc to invite them to the guild.
I could make a banner/items for that if you like biggrin



oooh and maybe a prank contest - truth/dare contest. and if you say trick or treat a certain amount of ppl or do a certain amount of dares/truths, you get badges (like girl-scout badges) lol

When can you go on Gaia: meh I'm on pretty much all the time XD I'm usually on after 7pm, ro around lunchtime, or at night (sometimes til 2am if im rping -heh). baiscally i'll fit around other people XD
What day's you can go on Gaia: i'm free anytime on mondays, fridays and the weekends. though not nighttime on sundays and mondays sicne i've gotta get up early.
