Halloween Gathering | vote, chat about time and day

We obviously have to try to get a time that works for as many people as possible.
This time and day is not set in stone so vote and chat about it so the best time can be set.

Saturday Oct. 24 at 5:30pm EST / 2:30pm PST / 4:30pm CST / 3:30pm MST

Usually during gatherings, you should come even if your late because everyone is usually out at the meeting spot chatting away, ya know?

We may meet at several locations of towns but the original place I hold gatherings is 9 barton 001063

I'm not working that weekend so any time should be fine with me. Unless I am going out to do grocery shopping or laundry with my girlfriend or something.

I do not know if I will be able to make this either. >< Man my October is so booked. I have a Hetalia UN Day meetup that day and it ends at 4 so I don't know if I'll be online around then or not. I shall try but not going to promise anything.
