2. Menstoration (when females get eggs out of their ???, then they are unclean so they can't faste).

The process you mean, when the eggs leave the ovaries, is called
ovulation. It happens approximately 2 weeks before menstruation. So there's no blood involved or anything. But what happens is that the womb makes a nice cozy place for the eggs. However, if the egg doesn't attach itself (because it wasn't fertilised by sperm) the womb gets rid of this again.
That is menstruation, and comes with blood loss as well.
Seeing as this blood nullifies your wudu, you can't pray then =) It's also more convenient for women, because they may have back pains, headaches and cramps. So it is a gift from Allah (swt) that we do not have to pray during that period.
You also shouldn't fast, because it is important for menstruating women to eat healthily and keep up their iron intake =)
