The beast you see below is the Pfeiffer Zeliska, the largest and most powerful handgun in the world. It fires the .600 Nitro Express round. That's right, it fires an ELEPHANT GUN ROUND. The gun is 22 inches long and weighs 13 lbs- the cylinder alone weighs 4.5 lbs. The sheer weight of the gun helps control the recoil, so it's capable of controlled shooting.

You probably have no thoughts of obtaining one, but if you do, be prepared to shell out $16k+, plus $40 per bullet.

There's no real point to this, I just find this gun to be amazing for some reason.

16? They're 22+ from the factory, plus import fees. And that's assuming you can get them through on a sporting exception, otherwise it's a destructive device.

I would only need that if I were hunting low flying aircraft and helicoptors.
