This Lesson is learning about the next 10 Hiragana!
Remember when we added the 'K' in front of the vowels? This also applies for other letters like...
'S'
さしすせそ
さ - Sa - Pronounced 'Sah' し - Shi - Pronounced 'Shee' す - Su - Pronounced 'Soo' せ - Se - Pronounced 'Seh' そ - So - Pronounced 'Soh'
**As you can tell, the odd one out is 'し' because it is pronounced with an 'SH' sound instead of just an 'S' sound. Remember this!!! **
The next 5 are...
'T'
た - Ta - Pronounced 'Tah' ち - Chi - Pronounced 'Chee' つ - Tsu - Pronounced 'Tsoo' て - Ge - Pronounced 'Teh' と - To - Pronounced 'Toh'
**Again, there are oddballs in this grouping, but there are 2 this time. Instead of 'Ti', we have 'Chi' and instead of 'Tu', we have 'Tsu'. Remember these is easy with this: 'Shichi' means Seven, and uses both Shi and Chi in chronological order. 'Tsunami' Has 'Tsu' in it instead of 'Tu.'
Easiest way to remember these is Shichi Tsunami, or Seven Tidal Waves**
It is getting a bit trickier, but I know you will be fine!
EXAMPLES:
しち - [shi-chi] Seven つなみ - [tsu-na-mi] Tidal Wave せんせい - [se-n-se-i] Teacher せいと - [se-i-to] Student
You are learning Japanese pretty fast if I do say so myself! You already know 20 Hiragana letters! Soon you will know all of them
Next Kana Lesson we will be learning the next 10 Hiragana Kana.

I like this. n_n Though, is the main focus learning the sounds and such, or do you want us to memorize how you write the letter.
It's probably best to memorize how to write it also, huh?
